Now that the issue has been found fixed I would be interested to know what caused such a big problem (and why on specific devices) as I am in to coding a bit myslef. (I understand if supercell dont want to say what the issue was as it could cause security reasons etc)
since the update. i cannot access the update. when i go to the plsy store it says i have no internet connection and coc screen is just black and wont load. id really like to get this done so i can get the rewards i earned. help please

Issue fixed in the latest update. Now i am able to open the game.. But i last the villege. It is starting from the beginning. .kindly help me to recover my villege..

i think the newest version is not compatible with some of the older tablets ,..... Samsung 10.1 Tab
I encountered a problem after I update my COC app, it always shows "connection problem please try again". But others connected to the network are fine.
I check all the possible solution on my network router. Other mobile can load the coc only mine cant.
other apps working with internet connection.
I lost my internet access when I try to open my coc. I needed to reconnect again in the network before I have internet access again. PLEASE HELP!.... Thankyou

PS the new update (v10.322.8) is not available in the iOS app store. perhaps another thing to look into?
my phone error to play coc. network say "unnable to connect with the server" before update th12, game running ok. why supercell? :(

Hello Folks, I've been running CoC on a Samsung Galaxy Tab GT-P7510 for years with no problems. With the recent update the game will not load --- I get the black startup screen but no Supercell logo and it just sits there. I've gone through every troubleshooting guide I can find and even did a factory reset and re-install. Same results.
I also downloaded a previous APK for testing and it did load and advised that there was an update. Also have accessed the latest update on an iOS device with no problems.
And yes, the port quiz is fine.
Any help would be appreciated.

After the last update COC is running on all of my devices now, but I get a lot of disconnected errors during gameplay some of them during attacks. Also a lot of out of sync errors during searches.

I am experiencing problems on my Samsung Galaxy tab A , it keeps losing connection like every 30 minutes or so, my WiFi works great and has never had problems. Recently, my war attack was foiled by the connection loss message and that tipped the iceberg over. Anyone else having this problem?
Got a response from my email to Supercell and was informed there was a follow up update for the crashing situation. Did that and it still doesn't work on my device. Some of you may try.
I don't know why my thread was moved. My issue is not connection --- the game won't start but previous apk's that I download do start.
