dear sir /ma'am , im having an issue after the update , one of my device is having Connection error message whenever i tried to log into my base ,i did everything data cleared reinstalled the app again and again ,tried with different internet connections but still having that problem ,device model is (Nokia X2ds Android ) other devices are work fine without any of these problems, if anyone knows reason for this or a solution would be highly appreciate . Downloaded update, now when try to open any supercell games I play it shuts down my internet connection for whole phone! Now says phone not compatible.
A good number of players blocked out, should have done some non disclosure beta testing or tested by your employees to avoid this.
Have LG K10 as i said here, can't connect to server, now for 18 hours, not trying as it will crash my phone, messes data connection as stated by most of the poor folks here, looking for a new update to clash of clans soon in play store

After yesterday's maintenance break I am unable to log in to my account..i updated coc..uninstalled it and then re-installed it. But nothing happened.. It just shows SUPERCELL and then the app shuts down...i haven't played coc from the last 16 hours and now I m getting frustrated..i demand SC to fix this bug as soon as possible..
COC IS NOT OPENING after the update😭 It is the main problem,so please please fix this Supercell & we are waiting for your message about this ISSUE....My builders are also waiting😑

When is the optional update coming my clans wars is getting messed up because of this
a little clarification:
With wifi tablet (no SIM) I use the phone's hotspot - and it works.
E.g. it's curious that the phone itself does not connect to COC server, but the tablet which uses the phone's hotspot can connect without problems.

A. Your phone is not supported from Google
And
B. You may not be supported by supercell/clash of clans so you could update you phone to a version that is supported
Also what type of phone have you got so the developers can work on a fix if needed

You are kidding, right? All they owe us our game loyalty is working hard to fix the problem so we can continue enjoying their game, and they are doing that as a top priority. It wasn’t your gold and elixir, it was their cartoon game currency - just like “your” base is actually theirs if you read the TOS. Who knows, they may extend some small recompensatory gift to all players for this as they do in another of their games sometimes... or they may not. They certainly aren’t bound or required to do that, far less to “pay” you on some “claim” for the full magnitude of your losses as compared to where your think the base loot and progression would be at had you been able to log in. I know it’s frustrating not to be able to enjoy your gaming just now, but let’s not be unreal.
I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this but since the last maintenance break earlier today, the app will crash after 2-3 minutes of being in game for no reason and once it crashes, I cannot get back into the game unless I restart my device. I tried force stopping the app, and clearing the cache but no go unless I restart my device and when I do I get a maximum of 5 minutes before it crashes again.
I am using a Samsung galaxy tab 2, and haven't had this problem until today.

They are working on it. We need patience.
I feel the same... i have spent money ($) in game and now i cannont connect?. And no, i dont think anybody is kidding. If you pay for something you expect it to works and in this kind of games it is very frustrating to be losing loot while other gamers are becoming TH12. SC must check and debug the software before an update. It is just a big fail affecting thousands of people

Tom is right but they have given us stuff with half off loot and 1 gem boost. Hopefully they will get the problems resolved soon and those that can't now will be able to make it up that way.
I think it's best for supercell that we use the feedback crashreporter within Android instead of posting a few details in this thread. For the developers it contains much more information they need

They do due diligence and a lot of testing but sometimes unfortunately things just happen. We have received reports that some people have managed to make their log in problems mostly go away by clearing all cache data and closing apps running in the background etc.
This isn’t a one fix all situations yet but it’s worth a shot.
This continues to be under investigation by SC.
Why we got error connection after the last updating.?? We try already to reinstall the app but still can't fix the error.

Internate is 4g WiFi bsnl router and I connect with my mobile data 4 g Airtel and Jio too and even I uninstall and reinstall my games and shut down and again open my game bit the supercell even show me the message that unable to connect with the server pls try to resolve my problem as soon as possible and close all the events.

Come on guys! I still can't open the game! It says to check my internet connection (which is good) amd then it blocks my internet connection to everything.
It's been a whole day like this! At least tell us that you're working on it. In your twitter account you guys posted that the maintenance is done, but it clearly didn't solve anything. You have tons of replies explaining they have the same error.

Well great update by supercell. Seeing a first update with such a huge bug that it blocks all my internet connections. This also makes me suspicious about how a game can control internet connections of my wifi thats strange supercell should give a valid reason for this bug and how can their game controls other settings of my device.....well plz fix this with a valid reply

My lg phone gets no connection, disabled wifi by clash. Now my android tablet crashes on load screen, can't log that in either. It's crazy 24 hours into an update we cant even play.
