If you look in the general and announcements sub-forums supercell knows about this issue and are trying to fix it. We do not need to raise awareness for this problem anymore. We just have to be patient and let supercell work out the cause. (It is known this is affecting LG phones and the samsung s3. However if you have a phone that is not either of these and is having the connection problem Not the app crashing problem that may be useful information).
Samsung phones were having this problem Early too.... Idk why they aren't fixing it.Quote:

i can't play the game ...
when i start the game it will show me connection error but my internet connection is already active....then whats the matter of this situation can i know that ...
