A. Your phone is not supported from Google
And
B. You may not be supported by supercell/clash of clans so you could update you phone to a version that is supported
Also what type of phone have you got so the developers can work on a fix if needed

I am one of the very active player of CoC...since update i am not able to open app as mentioned in known issue , i have already lost my 2.1M gold and elixir as war win bonus....my collectors and mines will be full, my builder will be free , who will be paying for this lost...will supercell provide some benefits to their player who are suffering from this issue. ....its their fault not us...why should we suffer from it???
