Google Play Alert

Hello.I was playing the game yesterday as i always do. I put barracks to work and went take a shower.When i back i had the following message on my screen GOOGLE ACCOUNT ALERT "Do you want to load Chief Lentrius's village with Town Hall level 3? Warning: progress in the current game will be lost".
I pressed Cancel and changed my Google account password , also added a two step autentication. Now i want to know what happened , there's someone with my password or something like that?

Even after change my password the screen appeared again.

I have received this message at least 5 times over the last week. I have 2 step turned on. What is going on?

Same issue here, just got asked if I wanted to load ''Chief Alcon's Town hall 6'', I have no idea who Chief Alcon is and absolutely nobody has access to any of my devices. This is a HUGE security leak that must be addressed IMMEDIATLY, because this will cause people to gain access to your village.

Today it asked to load Chief Savage account. Fix it supercell. It seens to be a security problem with the servers.

Also , if we press "Okay" we lose all the progress made.

As i can see many players are doing this. Just check "Android bugs & problems" most of recent problems are that. Ppl lost their village cuz google account.

I had that kind of alert too. In my case alert is comes with name of "Chief LucasE". I have never ever used that name on any of my accounts so it most likely isn't caused by my butterfinger.

Alert with that name had appeared in last two weeks two times on phone and once on PC. I use BlueStacks android emulator and took screenshot from that.

Alert appeared when starting the game and appears as first thing. Usually overview of my village loads at this point.

I got this issue too (http://imgur.com/B3g25bX) and I have not used Bluestack at all (I did not even know about it until I read about it in this forum). I have got my CoC from Google Play...

This might not be a ♥♥♥♥ but just an issue in the database with ID's referring to the wrong people.

Can Rauta give us a reply?

It is not allowed or supported by SC if you play any SC games on emulators, this is a bug in bluestacks and nothing we can do.

Or can you tell me why Bluestacks is a "third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Service" in your eyes.
How can I modify the game with Bluestacks or how exactly does it interfere with the service?:p:rolleyes: I don't know, do you?

I'm playing on iOS and Android (Bluestacks and native on a tablet) since it was made avaliable on Google PlayStore and never ever had problems like the players discussing in this thread.

I think it's a problem with the "link a device"-service itself.
Just because of the massive amount of villages there is a high possibility to connect to a random account just by trying out a few codes.

Yes, I will HAPPILY tell you how people who use bluestacks can interfere with the service.

People can download an auto clicker to click on bluestacks every few seconds which means they will not log off.

This means they cannot be raided and is therefore interfering with the service,

I can ask Daddy to explain to you if you don't believe me as I used what HE SAID in my above statement.



Considering you have broken the ToS, you better watch out.

Because BLUESTACKS HAS A FAULT!

Violating the ToS is NOT recommended.

People who use it end up getting an infraction.

Closing this now - using third party software to play clash of clans, hayday or boom beach is forbidden under the terms of service, no support will be given and you are not allowed to discuss it on the SC forums.
