Reporting bad behavior

We need the reporting feature to be part of the clan chat as well. It seems that recently the number of people joining a clan and swearing to its members has increased. There are some younger kids in my clan and I don't want to have to kill the Clan because I feel they shouldn't be subject to that kind of language.

This might be a stupid question, but why don't you take it up directly with your leader and elders? That kind of removes the necessity of such reporting features, doesn't it?

I am the leader. This would discourage people to jump around clans just to insult. There should also be an option to permanently ban someone from a clan.

And what will this report button do? Ban a player from clan chat for 24 hours? Trolls and kids will join and report everyone in the clan. I definitely say no to the idea

If you are the leader, make the clan invite only, kick the guys swearing out then they can't join back - unless someone else then lets them back into the clan.

Instead of in- clan reporting, just have any swears be *******, like they are on global. Whether or not swears are ******** can be determined by the leader when they are setting up the clan. (Sort of like a clan description: Can be change and is pre-arranged,)

The report button totally sucks in global chat and you want it in clan chat too? Terrible idea. Just kick the offenders and make your clan invite only.

I've never understood this form of censorship. Everyone knows what the words are and mentally substitutes them for the *s.

The filter also screws up a lot often blocking out legit words or phrases.

I completely agree.

Most of the censored text is "I need a good clan" because "dago" is offensive.
Most swearing is done with a altered vowels and the censor doesn't recognize it anyway.

There is an age limit supposedly. The T&Cs say you must be 13.
We have censorship.
You can mute someone who offends you.

So we don't need reporting at all, anywhere at any time!
