Town Hall 12 Update Preview - New Troop and Hero Levels

At last "E" is coming. Since there is only one thing left to reveal, that new troop, I am pretty much sure "E" is for our new troop.

With the TH12 Tesla being added there should be something new to use that counter acts its effects. Usually when SC adds something new they balance it with something else. So - if the TH now has an electric bolt - what could offset that?

How about if the Electro Dragon absorbed electricity from Teslas (both the old and new TH tesla) and GAINED strength from it? This would require a whole new level of planning to balance where to put air defenses and teslas in relation to the TH.

Don’t see that happening... Tesla range is too short, it’s unlikely troops would recharge enough to make a difference. But I do believe this drag will have some ability

Last week for the first time i maxed my queen. King is 47 ,GW is 15 currently. And i thought i can make it to the max hero club(50/50/20) within a month and stayed there for some time. But guess what its never going to happen anytime soon. Its kinda both exciting and depressing at the same time but anyway tnx supercell.

I agree, its a love/hate relationship with this update, love: new content that I have to work on now, Hate: My stuff isnt max anymore.

186th yes finally got in the top 1000.

Some serious farming going to be happening, clouds in gold 3-1 are going to be intolerable.
Nice graphic changes on the troops unlike I'm sad to say the defences.

I feel ya. I finally got my king max and am sitting at the 50/50/20 club. Feels good. But now depressed at the 10 level grind again. I was hoping they would have held off a bit longer on the new levels so I could focus on other stuff for a change.

Perhaps they want to reduce players reliability on QW?

Or perhaps wait until the update lands and we've all time to test this out in practice.

Can somebody also provide us with the upgrade costs of the troop levels? I am sure it would be very much apreciated by me other people who like to plan their upgrade path.

That's a lot of levels. Plenty of stuff to do in the future it seems.

And here I thought I finished the hero grind last week :smirk:
