Issue Restrictions on Players with More Than -1000 Gems
Sounds like hummer has been dropped to players who purchased gems other than official Supercell store. I suggest issuing a ban on using any books to those players until gems are positive. Some of them have already maxed everything with handful bucks, and negative gem doesn’t hurt them at all. They still can upgrade to TH12 and use magic books like books, which is an unfair advantage already. Unable to use gems is not as important as before, and they have nothing to lose. Since they prefer cheaper gems, they would stop buying since no loophole left. Therefore, to be fair to everyone paid through game center or google play, anyone with more than -1000 gems should be banned from using books, some high value magic items, and/or even able to upgrade to TH12. On top of that, they also should have 50% gem reduction when selling magic items as long as gems remain negative.
Supercell is not only unable to make any money from those players but also wasting resource and time discover how they breaking the rule and deal with it. A ban is fair to everybody.
