well, gem achievement will still be a god reason to go to the top. And there will always be better loot bonuses on top leagues. Furthermore, when someone upgrades his TH will not rieceve many resources from lower lvl TH due to strong loot penaltyQuote:

This is a terrible idea. i spend hours and hours farming for loot and then some person could just walk on through and snipe the th and take 200k in the th. Not very smart. Now if you want to do something put like a few Dark elixir into the th.
It is a terrible idea, absolutely terrible.
A town hall is worth trophies, not loot.
The problem is trophies are worthless. A far better idea would be to come up with ways to make trophies more valuable, such as greater league bonuses; and rewarding players for successful defenses with a league bonus also.
The other problem is there is not enough loot in the game, all this would do it shift the loot shortage between one another more.
Premature bases would also get raped more then ever. They are big spenders and such a thing would drive them even further out of the game.
This is just another attempt to punish progress even more, as opposed to fixing the games problems. Which is worthless trophies and not enough loot generated at higher halls.
