I'm not sure that any units will go down your "runway". I think they will probably attack the compartments instead

Yep.
But please, don't change anything before first attack, try it and share the results.
EDIT:
I've had a second look. Change it, the giants probably will miss the runway altogether and chose the second line with bombs.
It also may be defused by infantry.
Love the idea haha. It might improve overall "successful lure" rate.
I spent my gold, and haven't been attacked the whole day.
In the night I was visited by Night Terrors.

This TH10 clearly failed to guess where the weak side is.
For any of the conventional designs I used before that would be an automatic 3-star loss.
I did a lot of adjustments, but still not happy with the performance of my Wiz towers.
With proper anti-BARCH set up they can do much better.
Anti-giant is pretty much done and ironed out, let's focus on anti-BARCH now because it's second popular.
Correct.
Theres nothing down there that they want that they cant go through walls for closer. Also why put the bombs next to the spring traps?? I see people do that all the time and it bemuses me... If they go over the spring trap they are dead instantly but have set off a bomb and wasted it. In the case of goblins they will set off the bombs and the spring traps at the same time and waste them all. Its a moot point anyway as theres nothing in the centre goblins would want!
I think a return to the drawing board would be a good idea.. Dont want to sound harsh :(
I think the best use for lowest level Teslas is to dedicate them to luring giants.
They are
1) squishy: perfect for grouping up and luring, squishy bait make giants go faster
2) invisible to the attacker, so he won't be worried about giants leaving other troops behind while planning the attack.
3) take less space
4) can redirect giants mid-way, e.g. if giants heading to bash the wall activate the tesla, they'll redirect. Even if the tesla is enclosed by walls, they might go for the unprotected target deep in the base which they ignored before due to it's distance from their previous "checkpoint" or deploying spot.

Also, the missing corner wall trick makes more dense group of giants than just stand-alone cannon.
No its fine, it was pretty rubbish :p. Top attack pretty much sums up the base...

Made a new one... Will giants go through the runway with this one? Slam me, praise me, I just want to improve by base building skills hehe.

(Sorry for the links, im on mobile and wont have access to a pc for quite a while)
Not taking credit for this base i dont know who designed it,
but i think we should try deigning a trap base with a vault as the core.

Similar base design that involves funneling. Everything is placed in its area for a certain reason even though it look completely random. I have had great sucess with this base before. Everything is not well upgraded because I took this screenshot from a while back. I bet someone could improve this setup very much. Don't have any defsne logs because it is from a while ago sorry :/
Ahh I lost my first defense right when I walked into crystal. He got 50% and the town hall. He attacked from the bottom left. avoided all my spring traps. I've worked on adding giant bombs to that side, just in case anyone tries to attack from the side again. I'm trying to add some anti-barch set up as well. I also decided to upgrade an air defense, probably not the best idea. :/
Apprently my photos exceed minimum quota? Can't upload the pics.
