Petition to bring back 2 hour boost. (Especially th11's)

I've thought and thought about this and I've finally figured it out 100 % why farming isn't as fun as it used to be?
Now consider the fact that I have all the max troops and heroes so it should be a complete blast right? No, and I'll tell u why.
It's the heroes regeneration time. Consider that if I can pull aside an hour or 2 at night to farm and play ( that's typically when I like to because everyone is asleep lol) I go ahead and use a potion if I got it if not I'll gem up everybody on boost for 55 gems..not bad really, that's not my argument at all.
What seems to be the problem is I'll do a raid and it will be fun and then even my next army is done and I look over to the heroes and I see an hour on all 3 dang near. Even on boost that's like 15 minutes real time or 20 I think. Something around there anyways. I'd rather farm with my heroes I worked and spent plenty of money on over the years so I'll wait. Put my phone down and grab a bite or what have you.
And then boom before I remember oh I've got boost on (after I get sidetracked almost everytime) I get the gane back on and everything is done and I got like 4 minutes left on boost....so for 55 gems or a potion I get 2 raids and I'm just bummed .
Now not all the time, but even if I stay and watch like a hawk I'm lucky to get 3 to 4. And it's all because I'm waiting on heroes. I'm not a th8 or 9 anymore. There's not many barchable bases in titan 3. And before I hear just drop down to crystal or silver or gold..ya I've done that....I always get what I like to call I MISS THE MEGA BONUS OF TITAN SYNDROME lol!!
And it's still slim pickings. ..alot of trouble to drop for less loot in the long run. I can gibarch in champs 3 and double profits with that bonus but still it's really just not enough time.
Alot of us have asked for faster regeneration times and I'm not quite sure that's ever gonna happen so maybe we could have the option to boost for 2 hours back? For like 80 gems? Or even 90 would be a little bit of a discount. It would promote more activity and less stick your phone down for an hour and come back just to get mad u wasted ur whole hour on accid.....wait a minute....now I'm really onto something here... you guys see where I'm going with this???
If I only had a pause button on my boost??? Eh??? That would solve alot...people who get sidetracked or interrupted could quickly pause and shut down. And along with a 2 hour boost for 80 gems would really take the hero wait time sting down considerably.
So after careful yet half coherent rambling....can we throw in a couple quality of life changes in the update like this??? Another huge ask is to help the troop icons in battle to drop once we use them so we don't have to scroll in a panic so much!!!! Anyways I doubt any of this happens but I'm bored and thought I'd throw out a refresher while the big guys are lurking in the forum before the impending update.
Maybe might help to squeeze in a couple things????

If you have stock of training potions then why do you need to worry. And 1 Training Potion is only 25 gems so two will be for 50.:):):)

Have 2 armies and spells precooked, raid, boost heros for 15 gems, start cooking next army.
You can usually get 4 raids in that way during your hero boost.

It's quality of life changes...ya sure I got a few potions? That would be even worse to use 3 potions at once and get sidetracked and waste them....there definitely needs to be more options in this department. People are trying to live thier life's and try to also clash especially need some tweaks is all I'm saying. Hero regeneration time is a bit much compared to army and spell training and a pause button would be just the bee's kneez! !!

Everyone doesn't have continuous 2 hours to play. I usually play for 40-45min when I use my training potion.

I'd start a petition for you to simply start a new boost at the end of the hour, but the thing is... Petitions don't work.

I already know how to que up my armies....the problem is at th11 if you finish a raid your heroes are down for an extremely long time...especially boosted. ...your army finishes super quick and then u just stare as the 55 minute timer counts down on heroes....it's a bit much...not to mention if you put ur phone down and accidentally get sidetracked...your whole boost is gone

If you want a two hour boost, then boost for two hours.

If you want faster hero regeneration, then why hide it behind a two hour boost request?

1 hour boost at th11 is like..... shopping for oreo and not buying the double stuffed.....of course we need this sorry
And if you would rally against a pause button then I'd say u probably have way too much time on your hands.

Or maybe your bored too and wanna debate either way I'm down. Because let's not forget we had 2 hour boost before and it was awsome :)

Nice catch.

Sure, the two hour boost was great, unless you only wanted to boost for an hour. In that case, half of your gem cost was wasted.

Currently we have a one hour boost, which works on troops, heroes, and even spells, for only 25 gems. I'm sorry, but that's a deal, and I'll take that over a two hour boost any day.

If you want to boost for two hours, the current system works for that, and with training potions at a lower cost.

Under the old system, there was no one hour boost option.

And pshhh, surveys don't work??!?!?! Ok....ya ....they don't work....but I shan't let that stop me! Because I have a dream good person! That one day we will have a cheaper longer boost with a pause button and heroes that finish along side the army and spells...

That's it...that's all I got....your completly right!
But...this is also more gem related. Potions are readily available but sometimes alot people fly through those and then u gotta wait 24 hours to buy 1....so really u get 1 potion boost a day. My plan of action is for the time in between when using real gems. A one hour boost of heroes spell and barraks is 55 gems. My 2 hour boost of all would be for 90 even 100...it would be 10 gems cheaper because your spending a bit more and with the pause button it wouldn't be so inconvenient to get interupted

Also the troop bar in the attack screen...man that needs some love too

Correct, because it would be way too easy to manipulate.

The whole game's progression model is based around time.
To decrease the bottleneck that is time, you require gems, whether that be troop production, spell production or hero regeneration.
The choice is down to the player.
Hero regeneration times have been cut massively over the years, and I'd be surprised if they were cut further.

2 hour boost will not make any difference either OP. I suggest to add something like 8x boost for heroes only. Extra gems may be required, but with such high regeneration time for 3 heroes, I will use that extra gems for sure.

It would be great for me but it isn't going to happen.

Why would Supercell do this? Why would they reduce their revenue? You have the option to boost for two hours.

I would enjoy it if a million dollars or even 100 dollars fell from the sky everyday but it isn't going to happen. :)

One h boost is much more flexible than two h. U want two h? Boost for two h

You could ask for a discount for stacked boosts rather than this
if u ask for a thing which everyone could use, without penalizing anyone, you'd get more support even by those who don't need it right now
but if u ask something which would penalize others just because it'd be more comfortable for you, don't be surprised if people say no

Besides, op, u ask for 80-90 gems for 2h..u not happy with potions because u can buy only one
but one potion(free or 25 gems) plus 55gems makes, at worst, 80 gems

I'm happy with a 1 hour boost and am ready for a break when it's over, I don't think I could handle a boost for 2 hours.

I preferred boosting when I was at TH9, now I'm at th11 I still need to wait for heroes to finish so if I was going to ask for a change for anything around boosting I would probably ask for everything to speed up by X8 rather than X4 so that everything was ready for the next attack straight away.

If you want a 2 hour boost then just boost twice. It's hardly rocket science. Let's petition for something that's actually needed in the game....

Reduced Hero regeneration time is a much needed feature. But it justify any thought for a 2 hr boost.

As a max TH11, I can assure you this would be pointless for my level. I haven’t seen a base in nearly 7hrs as I’m typing this. Please extend boost for 8hrs so it may be ready after I get a target.

I loved the reduction from 2 hours down to 1 hour for half the price. It made me use it much more often.

Or we can ask for training potion that boosts troop training and spell brewing to 4x speed but boosts hero regeneration to 6x - 8x speed. That way, supercell will get to torture us when we're not on boost as hero regen would still take twice the time as troops but we'll be free of that torture when we buy a boost. Both sides happy 😃

I am going to unsign this petition or vote for NOT to bring back 2 hr boosts.

Most don't have time to clash 2 hrs straight. Even 1hr isint easy

If you get time to clash nonstop, then keep boosting non stop.

As a general rule, I have two armies cooked, for my TH11 (in Titans)

If I have time to do a couple of raids, I'll boost all 3 heroes for 15 gems, go and attack, and then my heroes will be almost ready when I'm back.
If I have more time (and my shield is running out) then I'll use a training potion, and get 3-5 raids in.

I don't often find the time, or the inclination, to raid for 2 hours non-stop.

Now - if you are asking for heroes to recover quicker, I would be very happy if they were a few minutes less (so they recover in the same time it takes my full 'war-style' army to cook) - then I'd be happy with this. But I already appreciate feel they have dropped the recovery time a huge amount on Heroes over the years.

Your post doesn't make a whole lot of sense, if you want to have a 2 hour boost you ARE able to use 2 training potions at the same time and get a 2 hour boost.

As for farming goes, just protect your heroes so you don't have to wait the 15 minutes. I have max heroes, I have max walls, best farming at TH11 is in bronze which is about 4x more gold/elixir than titan, you keep heroes up every raid and do not need potions.

I farmed all my walls in bronze and you search so fast that if you were to farm for 4-5 hours it would start giving you heavy clouds. The most level 12 walls I was able to farm in a day was 15, sounds like alot but you can farm about 5 mil gold, 5 mil elixir an hour boosting in Bronze.

What about training potions?

My walls i farmed all in titan, boosting sometimes, i prefer titan than lower leagues just because the more enjoyable attacks.
But lower leagues have for sure higher profits.

I think during boost .....Troops and spell should be 4x......Heroes should be 6x and Clan castle cooldown should be 1.5x faster.

I actually prefer the one hour boosts, as they pose far more flexibility. I often get a boost in now, whereas I wouldn't with the previous system, because I'm on time restraints.

Heroes taking longer than troops to regenerate, well that's a whole different discussion.

Many replies already (and yes, I spend the time to read most ... always when joining a thread):

My advice, if you want to farm in Titan to low legend without enduring the hero starving, use air attacks.
While these may need the ground heroes to achieve high % or 3-stars; using only the GW (heals 10min faster) and maybe even skipping him too, you can easily have fun with quick attacks/re-arm of the troops/spells.

While I worked on my heroes/camps after the December'17 (Games) update, I used Laloon a lot, a hybrid army version, where I'd use a full set with heroes, then in next raid the full set without heroes while they heal, and repeat; with or without boost. Of course, depending on which set I use, I'd select the offers adequately.

Heroes regen for FREE. Unlike troops who cost elixir to train.

What about the times your Heroes don't die in battle and they have to wait for troops to finish training? I never see people complaining about that...

Every attack has its tradeoffs. It is worth all of the E/DE to use these expensive troops? Maybe not... Is it worth it to use my heroes and let them die? Maybe not.
