10. there are lot of thing supercell need to do except th12. like, war tournament, more exciting events, fine tuning on th10 and 11, name change update etc etc...... (supercell knows better than me).
11. final verdict is...th12 update will be good only when supercell reduce the time frame to some extent (like cutting 5 years into 2.5 years). The game is losing it's popularity (to some extent) only because of huge time it consumes not because of new town hall.
12. the gem guy will again demand th13 once they will maxed out th12 (lol). so, it's absolutely meaning less.

Dude is takes a maximum of 1 year to max 1-8 townhalls.

I guessed the townhall being a weapon in the engineering thread I started. I’m gonna guess “E” might be related to “event.” That is, perhaps an event is a type of league/tournament similar to clan games but closer to war....basically Like CWL but for everyone. I’d be impressed if it was. I know lot would be happy.

It’s the journey not the destination. Being maxed isn’t more fun than not being maxed. New content is good for all. Also, Darian has said th12 is only part of what is coming this year. There are a lot of quality of life improvements coming as well.

Perhaps, if they incorrectly believe the point of this game is to max it or beat it or finish it or whatever other incorrect term could be used for this game that would more accurately apply to other games. For me, knowing there is no end is what keeps me playing. I wouldn’t still be playing if they had stopped at th9....

The real fact is it has been roughly 2 years since the main village got any love and affection. It is long overdue. Did that need to be TH12 or some other new content matters not really. Whatever it was would increase the time it took for players to reach that end point.

But long over due it was.

I suspect SC will however compensate for lower TH players by reducing the costs/time of a number of upgrades much like they have done in the past.

I have always had bad luck with this, or been fortunate enough not to need it depending on your perspective, but in the past I have always not long finished building the item that was reduced in cost and time lol.

2-4. I started 3 years ago, completely f2p the same year th11 was released, im now maxed with nothing but walls left. People that started earlier than me have been maxed for much longer, without anything to do for ages. I have had stuff to upgrade the whole way, so I have been perfectly content upgrading my buildings.
5. People that aren't maxed have alot of stuff to do, upgrades etc. they aren't in need of new content, they have it all in front of them. They have loads of stuff to do.
6-12. Supercell shouldn't neglect some of their most loyal players, the ones that have been playing for years, thats not a good business model. When there hasn't been new content for the top th in 2,5 years, when there is only about year of upgrades at most (even less with CG). Loyal players will quit if they do not get new content, certainly upgrade times for lower lvl content can be reduced (like it always has been) when new content has been introduced, and CG have made it easier than ever before to max your base, but neglecting your most loyal players will not end well. Which is why its great to see some content for maxed players.
