problem with CoC account,Help me take back my account PLz!!! :((

Dear admin, My name is Duong, a player of Clash of Clan. My village named "Mr Duong" is at TH7, level 46, a member of Hanoi-Falcon Clan. My account in android Os and IOS. In 25/11 afternoon, i realized that my account was accessed by someone else. Thus, They save my account in their game center account. That means they stole my account and had sabotage actions. I changed my password, but they still can use my account. Now, I wonder that whether Supercell can do anything to help me fix this. Maybe you can neutralize my account in iOs, so that guy could not log in my acount. Then, I could still play my account in Android.Thanks you so much!

Never ever give out your Id info to anyone. You will need to contact support for help.

Use the in game support and email support explaining in detail your problem. No one here can help you I'm afraid.

I had the same problem, and it's happened since last night as well. I'm duongqua, Vietnam ACE clan. I had logged in an android device yesterday, then log out and use my ipad to play the game as usual. but from that time, i was forced to log out several time, someone else used my account, play the game, leave the clan, spend my gems. I already logged out from the android device, uninstalled the game, changed password and email of my game center id for 5 times, but it still doesn't work :(((. The other guy's still able to use my account at the same time with me.

I have reported the issue via Help and Support. Please help me!

PS: I'm on a trophy hunting competition and this issue really makes me crazy. Please help!

This is looking to be a problem with linking devices for Clash of Clans from iDevice to android, hope this gets resolved quickly....

anyone can help? i reported via Help and Support in game 6 times and still noone contact me :-(

You need to wait for a reply. The more emails you send the longer the wait as you tie support up.
As long as you received an email back with a case number you are in the queue.

The queue is of indeterminate length. By the way Etesia are you a mod? You seem to be on here all the time offering support for Supercell's abysmal customer service.

I'm not a mod, I'm just a player like you trying to help where I can.
I fully understand your position and I hope that your issues are sorted as quickly as possible so you can continue to enjoy the game.
