I currently have a defensively max th9 with a lv21 aq and a lv11 bk I know bk is underleveled but I like the queen more I also have max troops except Golem and valks and I have all lv9 walls. I was wondering when I should upgrade to th10 when I get a lv30 hero ? Or when I reach completely max if I don't completely max will it harm me I th10?

A lot of people here would say go when you have either 30/30 heroes or all L10 walls. If you don't want to grind that long, I went at 20/25 and about 1/4 of my walls at L10 and I'm doing fine. DE seems to come a bit easier at TH10 (I've noticed a ton more dead bases in Masters since I moved up), so doing heroes then is fine too, IMO.
The right answer is when you want to. There are advantages to maxing everything, plus less to max when you hit TH10. Buy if you’re bored and it affects your interest in playing, or there are things at TH10 that you really want, then upgrade.
Choice is yours, Chief. You’re playing your base, not us.
Max your lab first. And definitely get BK upgraded to at least level 20Quote:

15/15 hero's at the minimum.
But if you primarily war, jusr stay at th9. Honestly. Warring as a 10 is miserable even with the inferno nerf.
I'm suggesting had 20/20 heroes at minimum before you get to TH 10, Hero is a fundamental aspect in TH 10 and 11.
Lv 11 BK won't survive that long when facing TH 10 point defenses.
