Am I the only owner of a horse that can get himself into awkward places, say, behind my cemetery, yet can't get himself out? I have to literally manipulate items to clear him a path so he'll get back to where he belongs. And it's always the same one! Such a silly horse. Anyone else have a crazy pet?
My horse never goes very far from his stall... I too have cleared paths, moved things around, etc... But he refuses to explore the farm!
I think we need a horse shrink! Maybe our horses have issues...? Lol :)
My horses occasionally run off through the chicken yards or the goat pens. I get them back by using the whistle on their stables. I give them as much open space around their stables as I can spare. I love to watch them run before they go to sleep. I love my crazy horses!
I have been trying to get my horses to go over some jumps I have out in their paddock. One in particular goes through the fence and crashes around my crops, but do you think he will do the same thing in his field. They are actually very nifty at running around the various jumps i have. So then I figure out their route and move the jumps to intersect this route and they go a different way. Talk about stubborn.
I have also found that my cats and dogs like to sleep on benches. Am I spoiling my pets?

My horse is a little shy and stays near its stable. Sometimes he hides behind it ;)
I usually find my dogs and cats asleep on top of each other. I poke one and it runs off to reveal another underneath.
My horses are too busy winking at me to watch where they're going! And one horse needs a haircut because the poor guy is always trying to see me lol. Silly horses.
My horses just like to stand on the chickens. I'm not sure what they have against the chickens. Perhaps they are jealous that they don't have cute winter outfits.
One of my horses likes to go inside my house! I know he is just walking through it, but it Looks like he is disappearing Into the house! My step-daughter thinks it is hilarious to watch! We couldn't find him one day and when we blew the whistle he came running out of the front of the house.
sometimes I find my horse standing in the pond just outside his fence, but mostly he is pretty good at staying in his paddock. He has the one fox I permit on my farm to keep him company in his paddock, and sometimes the fox dances for him to keep him amused. That makes me smile.
