lost my village due to game crashing so I reinstalled the app only to find my village being lost. Contacted support several times and still no response so making a thread about it seemed the best option.

Tired of waiting for support to respond to my request since they never reply.

Hey there guys if you linked your device to android that means you have a GC account. All you need to do is link your account again and then connect to google+ and walla your done
thats the problem because the account never connected to google+

I have the exact same problem. I was sure mine was google+ linked but apparently not. My brother told me that there was a post saying to send certain information through the ingame support whilst logged in to Google+ and they could resync the accounts. I too have now been waiting for over a week for something, anything, more than the automated response to let me know that it simply has not been redirected to the giant deleted folder...

Most of the staff on this forum have nothing to do with technical support, try using the report feature in-game.
already used the ingame feature and yet they have not gotten back to me..

Hope they will improve in this matter. Lots of people facing this problem, using android play COC without google account and after update the software from hp, unable to open back the old TH.
Why no1 here answer us? I want a real answer from a moderator. We wish to know the queue of the report... so staff can u reply us? We need to know we can't be ignored
