lost my village due to game crashing so I reinstalled the app only to find my village being lost. Contacted support several times and still no response so making a thread about it seemed the best option.

Hey there guys if you linked your device to android that means you have a GC account. All you need to do is link your account again and then connect to google+ and walla your done
thats the problem because the account never connected to google+

I have the exact same problem. I was sure mine was google+ linked but apparently not. My brother told me that there was a post saying to send certain information through the ingame support whilst logged in to Google+ and they could resync the accounts. I too have now been waiting for over a week for something, anything, more than the automated response to let me know that it simply has not been redirected to the giant deleted folder...
