I cant open the game after the update its stuck on connecting when i open it. The screen just freezes and the game doesnt load. Is anyone else facing this problem or knows how to solve this ?

Guys please help the game has been like that for more than 4 hours and if it stays like that i wont be able to play in the derby!! Someone please tell me how can i talk to supercell directly to inform them about my problem
If you cannot access the game-E-mail support directly with as much detail as you can to: hayday.feedback@supercell.net
edit: If your account information is backed up by google or iCloud, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Doing this solved a similar problem for one of my hoodies.
