It would give everyone something to go for, and the race to the top would be amazing.
I got this idea when last night i was the one to finish first in clan games and everyone else was 3000 medals below me. So i told them i had won 50 gems for finishing first. It did get them going for second place, but they slowed again now.
It got me thinking that we do need a prize for 1st, 2nd, 3rd placed players. :D
I don’t think it’s a good idea, it’s meant to be a whole of team event, not some sort of competition within a clan.
I also have said that there should be rewards for top three spots other than sitting on top of the hill and gloating!
How about kicking someone at 3900 poins so that you could complete the clan games first before letting the person come back to the clan?

Clan Games are meant to to restore the communion of a Clan, by working together on one goal.
.........If ypu make a competition out of it, it will spoil the whole idea.

Would you of thought about it if you hadn't of come first? We already have rewards for finishing as a clan. I don't think single rewards are the way to go,everyone hitting maximum points is what's key.
How would this idea be fair? Bear with me:
You have two players:
1) Maxed our TH11 high in legends with fully upgraded BH8 also high in cups.
2) TH8 in gold league with fully upgraded BH2.
It's impossible for such two players to compete on a fair level at all.
For this and all other reasons stated above mine, I don't think it's good idea.
But thats exactly what its not doing! If the banter brought back in because of a bit of friendly competition it would work better for the community of the clan.Quote:

I don't know where this came from. Who are you playing with that the lower level players don't think clan games are worth it? My lower level guys much more frequently max their points than do the high level players. It's a miracle if I max my points at all, given how little time I have to play, relative to others, and my trophy level on both bases, which is prohibitively high for clan games. The "little guys" in my clan love the rewards, so you're not making sense to me hereQuote:

Doubtful, he’s a max th11 in Titans 2, around 4400 trophies. He’s got a BH7 that’s sitting at a relatively modest 1950 trophies, so I’m guessing that goes into overdrive during games. Which actually illustrates a point others are making, namely that his BH7 at the modest cups would have an easier time of clan games than a trophy pushing BH8 would... but then a BH3 would have an easier time still, as would a th11 hanging out in crystal league. Thanks mate i do aswell, 100%! Not sure why people are so negative on here sometimes. Ideas are sometime great you know guys. At the moment in my level one clan where i have mostly new members that stick to the war plan in wars, so mostly good guys, dont bother with clan games. Putting a small reward might make a differents, is all im saying. It wont make any differents to me...im maxed to the hilt!Quote:

I would propose following scheme. Let's say MAX medals in CG - 3000. So the final gem bonus should be:
3000 - Player1 (made max first) - 4 gems
3000 - Player2 (made max second) - 3 gems
3000 - Player3 (made max 3rd) - 2 gems
3000 - Player4 (made max 4th) - 1 gem
2799 - Player5 - no bonus gems (MAX medals - not reached)
...
So to say, if next player made MAX medals - all previously made receive +1 gem.
Such a gem reward - would introduce competition among those players who used to MAX medals in CG.
Enhancement for this feature: to add perk (for 11/12/13... clan lvl) which add +1 bonus gem for reaching the MAX medals. So the final table for 11lvl clan will be:
3000 - Player1 (made max first) - 5 gems
3000 - Player2 (made max second) - 4 gems
3000 - Player3 (made max 3rd) - 3 gems
3000 - Player4 (made max 4th) - 2 gem
2799 - Player5 - no bonus gems (MAX medals - not reached)

I'm not sure this is the answer, but I would still like to see some sort of individual incentives that help motivate people to contribute more to each games. Yeah yeah, y'all sound like a broken record with your simple solutions of "it's a clan management problem" or "kick the people who don't contribute". The reality is that it's hard to motivate non-serious players and it's hard to find serious players that aren't already in clans with 49 other serious players.
This would be a problem for trophy pushers, I have 2 accounts one hi one low the low one can literally finish in 1 day so it will encourage lower trophies + some ppl can’t start on 1 st day and start later do to work/school/life and once the top three make it everyone starts slacking again.
some small reward, few gems extra potion or something for those that complete the 4K period! To encourage players to participate especially after they win all three stars in achievements almost there I believe I’ll be the first
