I used to get one every day but it's been months now sorry to hear about your .luck that you haven't gotten any

The movie ticket is a feature that only random group of players can have at one time. The tickets may appear & disappear from the farms at any time.
But the mailbox there was a golden ticket ( always reminded me of Willy wonka haha ) but when you clicked on it it took you to a moc movie theater where you watched a 2 min or so commercial then at the end of the commercial click a button to collect reward and get a gem per one you watchedQuote:

This may not be the same reason but the result is similar. What you find the most of in toolboxes or harvest the most of will rotate. It could change with an update or maintenance or just because it's time.Quote:

It has come to my attention that once a day a "ticket" sparkly thing appears on the ground next to the mailbox.
Apparently you click it and if you watch a 30 second promo you earn something in return.
At level 66, I have never been offered this sparkly thing on the ground. It's completely foreign to me and non-existent in my game.

It's pretty unfair that not everyone gets them. I get about 3 a day every day!!!
I'm level 40 and I always get them!!
I noticed as I went up the next level the tickets become less frequent. I think today I had 1 or 2 of them, can't remember exactly. I used to get them several times a day.
i have never seen a movie ticket, but a friend of mine has gotten many of them. i want my turn, please! :)
