Hi everyone,There is a 4*war bonus event announced by Supercell in the event section in the Clash of clans app.The clan castle storage will not be enough to accumulate that much of resources,so I have a doubt that the loot won from the 4*event will go out of storage limits of clan castle?? I had to Google it after first reading your post and you're right April 9/2014 the update for wars was released. There has been special events in previous anniversaries, guess we'll have to wait and see, if anything most likely war bonus event .
My guess would be after the CWL

This event is weird. Firstly, the loot issue that OP said and secondly, what about the players who can't play in CWL? It ends b4 CWL ends...confused.

Don’t get me wrong a 5X bonus is amazing for us ALL. But how can we ALL celebrate it. It’s a limited days event and CWL is on which means either 15 or 30 members can benefit from the bonus. It only suits the cream of the crop who don’t need to catch up as much. Why not do it during normal wars time so clan leaders are able to include more members to benefit. Not impressed

It will not overflow beyond the capacity of our treasury.
This event will also affect your Loot and XP in CWL.
Unfortunately, that exceeds the Treasury capacity.

Not winning is OK. We're up against the 2 strong clans in our group in the last 2 days. But a treasury can't store 10.4 mill bonus anyway. By my count the increase in losing bonus is about the same, or slightly more, than the increase in winning bonus when you take into account the treasury size. our CWL last day is tomorrow so we’ll go straight into regular war to make the most of it.

AFAIK if you war bonus exceeds your treasury it just gets wasted. So the most your can get is 4.65 mill of each and 27k DE. But as raja1 says, if you lose the war, you’ll still get a healthy bonus, and since it’s all free loot who’s complaining? :)

5X Loot is just a joking if there is no overflowing of resource in treasure. It can be 2X bonus for a longer time. I must say our legendary game is getting ****. (Every star for a single latter)

if you win your cc is full depending on which enemy you attecked
if you lose you get five times more loot which is almost full treasury depending on which enemy you attecked.
Ever thought about that the x5 meant for the losing team?
losing in war means you get only 20% ( not sure excet numbers ) of the loot.. so thats only 400k resources and x5 you get 2mill that is not overflowing yet fun to have, even though you lost the war.
so if you look on the big picture:
winning team gets a full storage
losing team a half storage
win win situation

This is, in principle, what SC is doing: offering one thing, then delivering something else.
In this 5th anniversary event we are getting everything 5x bonou s,but in this cwl we are getting nearly 18 lakh resources.but when it's 5 time it will be 90 lakh of each resources,so nearly ½ of it will be wasted.
So Darien plz think of it plz,and provide the solution quickly as it is only 3 day event.
I don't want to loose this much huge resources.plz.
