I am currently at 2132 cups and strictly only using bam(aq sometimes but bk is leveling up) and I was wondering how far do you think I could go? I have lvl 6 barbs and 6 arch and 3 minion. How far have you guys gotten with bam?

I have BAMmed to 2300, purely to farm for De, I did not go for trophies but did get w stars almost every time. My minions are going to 4 and my other stuff is the same level. People have BAMmed to champ, but that is hard!

I think there was a guy around here who made it to champion using barbarians and archers...so I imagine you could go pretty far if you are really choosey about which bases you attack.Quote:

I've Barched to 2400ish, then gave up and went back to my usual tactics.
I think bam is really effective in gold farming and not much else as it one of the fastest army compositions. Well the highest i've got using bam was 2200 and it was generally one star wins :/

I tried BAM at 2800 cause I had no elixir :D. Not the easiest compo for that range in my opinions but if you pick carefully you can reach higher I guess

Went to 2000 for the gems at TH7 and then chose to farm DE back down rather than wasting a few days to go higher.
I regularly bamm up to 2,500 tropies when i need dark elixer, but that is where i peak, i just keep going till i start to lose and i'll just go for dark....i think my best ever was 2,700 then i switched to all hogs and made it to 2,900 but it blows through your dark :/
P.S. i use lightning spells on cc troops
Yes hogs definitely but even BAM will drain your DE in the long run. BARCH is the most efficient way of farming DE.Quote:

I don't know how you guys use balloons and minions to beat bases at 2500+ I was using 4 rages, 10 dragons and couldn't get to masters.
Balloons as meatshields and destroying defense while cleaning the mess up with minions is far more effective than even using 12 dragons and 5 rages. You should check out numerous youtube vids out there to help you out.Quote:
