Supercell please keep an option which allows us to chat with friends who are not in my clan

Its called: Whatsapp, Facebook, Discord (The one I use), Line, Viber and many others.

Op theres plenty of reasons why this shouldnt be implemented and you can find those answers on the other active threads on this subject please always have a quick look at current threads before you create one
