No reply from clash of clans support team

Its been a week that Gmail ID connected to my clash of clans acoount was hacked. I got my Gmail ID back, but He connected my base with new supercell ID(Earlier I don't had any Supercell ID linked for that base, only google account was linked). Now when I try to sign in, Game asks me to login into my supercell ID.How to change my supercell ID for that base, If i had access to my google account.Only automatic reply I got from team and once got connected to a member of supercell help, asking for delails of my village and I mailed that and got no reply afterwards. Feeling helpless, that will I ever get my account back?What if no?

The same issue is with me, my account is locked and I need unlock code and I have no idea from where I will get the code.
No proper reply from COC support

you got your old login back and the "hacker" stil had acces to your village? you havent changed the password? or did you shared your account or wanted "freegems" and shared your gmail and password?
only ingame support is able to help you. contact them and wait.

click on help and support and contact the ingame support they will give you the unlock code.

I didn't opt for free gems services.The hacker was my friend who used my phone in my absence without my permission.I changed password, But he connected my base wuth new supercell ID(Earlier I don't have any supercell ID for that base.) I messaged In game contact 10 times but no reply.Even my message I sent them didn't save. Every time I open Help and support services, my message I send to them before that was gone.No past records for chat. Thats why I opt for Outgame support.

you were not hacked you just let your without security. your "friend" is not really a friend. get the email address from him. talk to his parents. or just wait a few days for ingame response.

I did that too but when I click back on help and support again it takes me to the New message screen and I can not see the previous messages sent by me with details.

Yes that is happening with me too I am waiting for 3 days now it's 4days no reply from in-game without automatic reply just yelling if you lost your game I want to talk to the superell staff but I only get connected one time he was asking me to send details in game but I don't know how to contact them in game because automatic reply is coming idk what's is happening with me now
