Haydayfanatic47... he hates my hay day obsession. Anyone else have my problem?
My wife USED to give me the business every time I was on HayDay. It was particularly onerous when I would attend to my digital animals in lieu of our real life ones.
But then I got her hooked on the game too! Problem Solved!
My husband said if I put as much into house cleaning as I do playing hayday we would live in a shiny home!
I'm single, so nobody wil complain if I play the entire evening.
i think hayday has already been available on android... you should try to hook him up lol
Fortunately my husband plays too:):)
Ah yes I remember that from last year but here's what I did. I started a liitle farm on his iphone thinking I could support my main farm on it. Well he started playing it and you know how it ends when you start right ? Come Christmas time I got him his owm iPad since I was claiming our only one all the time. Best gift evah  Now he is 10 levels ahead of me LOL.
My husband is talking to the kids about an intervention.
At first, I told my father that I was teaching my niece about math and economics, and he was OK with that. But now he roars, "ARE YOU PLAYING THAT STUPID THUMB GAME AGAIN?" Memo to self, can't play HayDay anymore when Dad is visiting.

That is so funny powdered monkey I love your farm (except when you have trees that need to be watered). Do you have kik
Hubs doesn't mind as he's addicted to Plants vs Zombies and war games. We are sitting next to. Each other in his cave watching the football pre game show and gaming.
Yeah, he use to always complain about me playing. Since I told him there is forums for Hay Day, he just makes fun of me. He officially addresses me as Haydayfanatic47. I think he secretly wants to play though... he got a new droid and started to look for it on the play store. I am turning him:)
Mine used to complain or make fun of me until I took my long break and started bothering him more hahaha! Then he kept telling me I should pick it up again because he felt "bad" that I might be bored. Men ...
My dog doesn't mind at all! She listens with rapt attention to the moos, baaaaas, clucks, neighs and the occasional bark (tap on dog) and growl (tap fox) .
My problems actually began when I downloaded hay day with my better half's pad + game center ID around two weeks ago, to get some extra material. She saw it, tried it and liked it, now I have nails / bolts / tapes etc disappearing from my barn overnight, 2 - 3 - 4 .... I see a pattern there coinciding with a 2 - 4 coin increase in my balance. Today I found 50 eggs / 10 corn bread and lots of wool / bacon in my barn, my stash of saws and over 2 k coins have disappeared. I am not pointing fingers yet
I am planning a stake out tonight to collect some evidence though
My hubby is totally the opposite to me , we never agree on ANYTHING & ( it's a nightmare decorating the house) God we even viewed 16 houses before we bought this 18 years ago. Any way I'm waffling again, my point is , he's starting to get a little annoyed about my relationship with HD & this forum ( hmmm can HD be named as the 3rd party in a divorce ?)
Its very rare that he cracks a joke but yesterday morning I was in stitches.
As I started to clean ( the server must have been down) I noticed that something had been written on our black tv stand in the dust (yes ok,black does show 1hours dust) he'd written ........HAY DAY DUST !!!!
Well me being me you can just imagine what he had served up for his dinner that evening . Yes an empty plate with a note reading........ HAY DAY DINNER !!!!!
Looking forward to Friday as he'll be going to work in his ..........HAY DAY CLEAN CLOTHES !!!!;) That reminds me got to pick my olives when the servers back on:cool:
Since my boyfriend is a massive nerd anyway he just finds what I play 'cute' :p
So far he's not minding it at all. Maybe sometimes joking about it. He himself isn't into any sort of games at all.
My husband doesn't mind my being at "the farm." One day he even asked me, "How's the farm?" He loves his television and I'm not one for watching the tv much. So, I sit by him farming away while he watches the tv and that makes him a "happy camper."
Oh man this thread cracks me up so many funny posts have me lolling and HappyHelen yours has me in stitches.
😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹😹
My dad used to get mad that I was always on my phone playing but I asked him to try it out (for the main reason of stealing his expansion items LOL)
He then got hooked on it and he's been playing it ever since :D.
Then my mom got an iPad and my dad downloaded Hay Day on there and they play fight over the iPad when my dad steals it to play.
But yeah... we're hay day addicts...
Mom: Clean the dishes
Me: MY COWS ARE DYING THEY'RE SO HUNGRY.
:D Same goes for my dad... LOL.
My wife knows of my Clash of Clans addiction. She has no idea Hay Day exists! :D
My friends say that I need a boyfriend :-)
I can't take this anymore! I'm trying not to laugh too loud so as not to wake the family, and the cat's hiding under the table just staring at me. oh my <wipes away tears of laughter>. I love this place. :D:D:D:D
Mine is not at all impressed with my Hay Day addiction and I can't even make him get addicted, as he hates the smart phones and he is not into playing any sort of games (very sad, I know)
I just carry on and play anyway lol
love this post, it is so funny :)
I started to play around May 2012 and first he was not interested at all.
Then he had to baby-sit my farm and started to play, costing me some precious diamonds.
Since a week we have a second iPad, on which he has no his own farm - using mine as his "1 Pound" shop, i.e. 10 deeds for 1 Pound, 10 planks for 1 Pound.
He is currently on level 23
... Just doing turbo trucker 3, can you help me please,.....
... Now on captain 3, please fill 3 crates of my boats,....
But what I am really jealous of is that he now knows not to get rid of all the original trees.
My boyfriend got me into the game so he'd be the last person to disagree with my enthusiasm for the game.
He might be a bit annoyed with me begging him to sell me his wooden boards and nails to increase my storage though.
My response would be..house clean? Laundry done? Your belly full? 'Nough said! ;)
