I have Lost my account , someone hacked my account

Ok so explain me why i cant connect to my town with scid code? Why i receive code on my gmail and when i put code and confirm he return me an error has occured? Scid seams broken on this hacked accounts.

I am only saying no one "hacked" into the servers of SC to steal a clash of clans account. Assume for a moment someone would actually want to go through the trouble of somehow doing that, rather than hacking something that actually would make them millions of dollars, why would they choose your account? They wouldn't. No one hacked SC's servers to get your account.

What you seem to forget or are not taking into account: logging in via SCID is ONLY logging onto the services of SuperCell. IF they were using your gmail account (which you say they aren't) then a device would show up. Nothing is happening IN YOUR GMAIL account, and therefore the device(s) used isn't or aren't registering.

The point isn't that someone else is playing your game (well of course it is, but as 2222 says, many who claim to be 'hacked' have given out their info or logged on to another device and forgot to uncheck the 'remember me' option). The real point here is that YOU, with the legitimate information for the account, can no longer log on whilst you HAVE the access to the needed account and information. THAT is something really REALLY troublesome and something we should be getting more insight into by SuperCell so we can at least try to prevent this happening to more of us... since in the past weeks there are quite a few reports on this 'new' way of getting into accounts...

I'm not sure why you're taking this approach to the OP and their question. They haven't said SC has been hacked. They ARE very concerned for the village that now seemingly has been transferred to someone else without them taking that action...

A worrying trend indeed.. I dont have scid yet..
Think its gonna be put on ice till things get sorted.. Seems there is a rat got in thru a hole somewhere with the system.

I do hope it gets sorted soon, since scid is something they do advise players to do.. For account security of all things.

I just want recover my account and to know why i have (and others players) this "expired session" on scid and why when i put a new code a message error "error has occured, try again later" appear. And impossible to log with scid and someone play with my account, changing name, quit clan etc... and i have not given informations on my account, so there is a problem with scid un this moment.

As stated several times: please go to SC customer support. They are the only ones who can help with account issues. Nobody here on the forum can help ... but also, from me at least: please keep us posted on any progress

Yes, I’m really looking forward for developments on this issue and how SC customer support handle it.

I think a sticky should be formed for this so that Supercell team and Darian become aware about this situation.

I too went though the same a few days earlier. I have contacted support for it but till now haven't received any revert back from them.

They did say they (the person) were hacked and if you scroll up and see the prior back and forth you can see what we were discussing.
