Sorry sir but i didnt know if this was a player forum or what bcoz i saw some ban appeals there , i tried to contact support but only the bot talks in it , its impossible for a bot to solve my problem thats why i came here thinking there might b admins here

I have lost my account connected with scid.
My gmail account is safe, no password modified etc... nothing changed.
But now, when i want connect on my account with scid i have an error and.its impossible to connect. And now my account is in an India clan.
When i want to connect, a message say to.me "your scid session has expired" so i trying to ask a new code.. a new code is received on my gmail, but when i put the code, when i click on confirm, i have a message who say : "error is arrived please try again later" andits impossible to connect.. however an indian guy play with my account now..
How its possible? My gmail account is safe, no data changed and impossible to connect with this account with scid.
This kind of messages are stacking up. It makes me thinking twice to continue to spend money on COC, to just have the account highjacked.
It would seem someone has claimed your base for their email address and added that to SCID (edit, not even that if you do get the 'new' code sent to your email address... ). I must say this is a troublesome development, since I have read about this in quite a few recent posts... It would be great if SC could shed some light on this, or at least explain what this message about 'expiration' exactly means and/or what actions prompt such a message...
I'm starting to wonder why SuperCell is still holding off on either 2FA or the regularly used option of deleting an account from other devices after proof of ownership... It's becoming more clear that SCID isn't quite as safe as they want us to believe... very troublesome for instance for multi-accounters like me with quite a few bases...
This post, as the others, belongs in the bugs forum apparently by the way. The only thing you can do to get back your account is create a new account, and contact supercell customer support in game (if you use the web form they will tell you to contact them in game it seems) and request an account recovery (you only get this option once though!
The surge of these messages appearing on the forums is interesting. Have the account phishers simply stepped up their game and more suckers are falling for it as usual, or is some sort of "hack" really happening?Quote:

But accounts with this scid error connection are hacked because someone play with... changing name, quit clan and join another clan in india for exemple etc... so its clearing hacking but i dont know how... because i have always access to my gmail account and nothing was change on him but impossible to reconnect scid to access at my townhall.
