I have Lost my account , someone hacked my account

Also in Facebook, there are many Malaysian and Indonesian clans were hacked

Not wanting to get into this argument too much... but will add one thing maybe worth thinking about for everyone, and not suggesting that this is the cause, for anyone here, but could happen.
There are lots of web sites out there that are clash related, used to track your account progress, stats, clan wars etc... all where you sign up with an email, and all legitimate sites that would NEVER hack your accounts (so not suggesting this), but like all sites, these can be externally hacked, email and passwords can be stolen, not every site will always tell you also that they were hacked.
If you sign up to a site like this, and use an email linked to one of your clash accounts, you must use a different password. I would suggest running a different email not linked to an account for these sights.

I asked the OP, because according to ClashofStats that isn't true. Of the 16 members in the clan today, 10 of them have been in the clan for years, and 9 of them are coleaders.

Copy that. Didn't go into research, since have no clan info, etc.

Read your thread. Somehow my clan new leader also has a clan located in Germany.
He also ask me to contact him through Instagram (i don't, though).

I got back all my 7 accounts in less than 3 days via in-game support.

Sounds like you have all the information you need to discuss with Support. No one here can help you, so it's better you continue with Support.

Because after i got back my accounts, i rejoin my clan and the new leader give me co-leader. I beggrd him to give my clan back but he said i had to wait before he can give me my clan back. He said i need to wait for 30 days before he can promote me because i just got hacked and Supercell won't allow to transfer to newly recovered accounts (yes, i'm that stupid to believe the lie).

The 10 co-leader are my 6 accounts and 4 of my real life friends. My another account is in another clan.

Yes, but they refuse to give me back my clan eventhough it is clear i was hacked and lost the clan due to that. I opened this thread because i need suggestions of how to get it back.

If the in-game support is my only hope, then it is useless.
