I have Lost my account , someone hacked my account

Hey guys,

I recently started to play COC again, but I was very disappointed to find my village disappeared. It seems like I have logged my village into a supercell id, then logged another village into the same supercell id. The first one disappeared, but that's the one I need right now. All I know is my supercell id ... is it possible to retrieve it?

Support for 2 days is not responding, help provide all the data about the account that I remember.

If you had the account connected to Supercell ID/Google Play/Game Center, then you should be able to log in to your account on another device.

If it wasn't, however, you will have to contact Supercell's support ingame for an account recovery procedure.

I have been trying to get my village back since the last update (TH13) without success. I have contacted Supercell multiple times without success. The problem lies on my android device (old Samsung Legend - Android 4.1.2) inability to access "Help and Support" inside the game. I am the leader of my clan and my village/account is a free account (no purchases). I have an iPhone that I could transfer the account into, but without help from Supercell I am stuck. I would appreciate any help. Many thanks.

Did you try contacting support from the iPhone? You should be able to do so from a new account after installing the game on the iPhone.

Yes I have, it's been several days without reply. I didn't get a live person though, just the usual reply bot. Since the game was on my android, I am hoping they can transfer it since it was never transferred before. One would think it would be a fairly simple process, but the wait is going on almost 2 weeks. Thanks for the reply. :-)

Mein Dorf wurde jetzt nach einer ganzen Woche, die ich auf den Support warten musste endlich, nach etlichen hin und her, entsperrt. Der Grund für die Sperrung war eine eigene Meldung, weil mein Konto gehackt wurde, mein komplettes Dorf umgestellt wurde und alle meine Ressourcen und vorallem alle Juwelen(ca. 3500), für die ich Geld bezahlt habe, ausgegeben wurden. Nun habe ich den Support wieder angeschrieben und nach 2 Tagen bekomme ich ein „wir können dir nichts zurückerstatten, weil es den anderen Spielern gegenüber nicht fair wäre“?! Dann habe ich ein weiteres Mal geschrieben und bekomme dann keinerlei Antwort auf mein Anliegen sondern „vielen Dank für dein Feedback, es ist gut dieses zu bekommen und vielleicht wird sich deine Meldung möglicherweise auch Auswirkungen auf zukünftige Updates haben“. Das ist meiner Meinung nach eine Frechheit. Ich musste eine ganze Woche warten damit mein Account entsperrt wird. Und zweitens werden mir meine Sachen nicht zurückerstattet, obwohl der Fehler ganz klar auf Seiten supercells liegt, welche scheinbar ihre server nicht Genügend geschützt haben.

One week is quite low ammount of time. Others waited couple of weeks without any progress.


The failure is not at supercells side → you are responsible for your account security. You should ask yourselfe who might have had acces to your device or email details because it is very unlikely that "hackers" hack email accounts only for clash villages.
You may have shared your email details or your device.

Anyway no one of us is able to help you and the ingame support already told you the final decision. Be thankfull that you have back your village.👍

No😂 i should not ask myself because no one has access to my devices or my accounts. Also I did not share anywhere details😂 just read this article and then tell me again that’s not supercells side.

Hi. I'm writing here because my problem hasn't been verified through the helpdesk in any way. I had a clan called [redacted by forum moderator]
The day before yesterday my leader account named [redacted] was hacked. I also have a second account named [redacted] with Coleader rank on it. Hacker gave the rank of leader to his account called [redacted] and Kicked out me and all my friends out. Currently I can't log in to my account because from the information I got from support - it was banned for violation of Terms of Service. The case has been closed this way with total disregard for case of my stolen clan. I am able to provide all necessary information to prove that the account was hacked for the purpose of stealing the clan (screenshots) . You can also easily check the clan's logs where you can see the account hacking and suddenly throw out all the players during clan war leaugue. Please respond quickly and decisively to this theft. The hacker offer selling my clan for 300$.You are the last chance to restore our Old lovely clan becouse nobody reply on helpdesk conversation.

Anyone please help me, my friend tried to hack my clash of clans account but the account got locked, then I tried to contact the Supercell support team but then Otto and sparky come into the play and do nothing, I'm desperately waiting to unlock my account, I even tried to contact them through email but they only say to contact them from in game support.I request you all to help me.
