That's the logic. But we are extremely doubtful about this scenario. Whatever the way it happenend the fact is that a player is now stolling a six-years-efforts clan with relevant advantages and therefore we would have appreciated some effective support from administrator.Quote:

Thanks guys for answering. Our main disapoitment is that the in-game support is at a first stage a robot so before having a relevant feedback the nasty guy has made lots of damages. And once our leader could finally interact, despite screenshots from his side and the possibility from the support to check the clan records .... they did not take any action.
Indeed the clan is lost ... but we sadly feel supercell is somehow accomplice.
what about the possibility that your leader shared his village or device or details of his associated email account? if yes than your clan is ahsolutely lost and i hope your leader has learned a life-lesson.Quote:

The account of our clanleader was hacked, it's not his fault. For 6 years, he has never promoted anyone and I know that he didn't promote this hacker. He's a serious guy. This clan means a lot to us but nobody cares... The ingame support is a robot and none of our complaints is taken into account.
Help us to stop hackers and find our clan again!

It’s extremely doubtful that your “clan was hacked”. This would mean that a person hacked SC servers with the sole purpose of getting your clan. That doesn’t even make sense. From what I’ve gleaned here on the forums, SC servers have never been hacked. Not once. Think about it. Who would go through the trouble and take the potentially serious legal risks just to get your clan? Nobody. I think most people don’t understand what it really means to “hack” something but I’d bet that SC servers are still quite secure. Unfortunately, there is no player support on this forum. No one from SC can help you with getting your clan back. Only player support can help. And they likely looked at your logs, saw that leadership was given freely, and refused to help. If in game support won’t help then your clan is lost. Only options are to start a new clan or join an existing one (or quit playing). Good luck.Quote:

Thanks for replying. But as I said, I think it's my clanleader's account that has been hacked, not the SUPERCELL's servors.
Yes, my clanleader doesn't complain here but we're french and maybe he hasn't a good level in english.
Clash of Clans is one of the most popular game, there must be a way for SUPERCELL to verify what we said.
youre clanleader is the one who must contact the ingaem support. it has been very well explained that no one here can help you. for me it is very unlikely that "hackers" hack email accounts just for clash of clans villages without knowing the correct email and village details. even than it is very unlikely.Quote:

Indeed yes our clanleader is not familiar enough to chat here.
Whatever the way the account has been hacked or the clanleader has been scammed, we deeply regret having no effective support from SC : we can just talk to robots or other players, whereas SC has the mean to check what the clan was before and what it became (from French it is now Russian, from about 20 members it became 2 only as the new has kicked out everyone else ...).
If anybody has a good solution for having a real contact with SC it will be most welcome.
