lost village...please help shah rei lv95

i need someone or supercell help me...i already email the supercell 2 times,
my ticket number is (#1083959) and (#1130072) and new one...all didnt receive any feedback..its over 2 weeks

i was sold my ipod 4th gen to someone on 5th october 2013,i already log out the gamecenter and delete the coc,
after that my friend found my coc was play with other player,
im do find my iphone and reset my old ipod,
no once played untill i found it was played again few weeks ago,and buy new phone and load my gc,but didnt pop up my village??
please Sir steve help me...
and today my game still running without my gc...and dont know who was played it...i need help on this matter
and one again...my coc village still stick at my facebook...how to i retrieve back my village...
