Scandal going on!!!!

Let me explain it all in detail.

Actually, there was a guy in global ("King divu"), who wanted to give away his account. When I enquired about it, he claimed that he won't be playing the game anymore, so it was useless for him. He asked me to join his clan for further details ( he had a group of friends in his clan, who helped him). He with the help of his friends was able to gain my confidence that he really wanted to get rid of that account. He asked me to make a new clan, there he made me to put in his own email account in supercell I'd. Now when one doesn't know how this stupid concept of supercell I'd works, it seems sensible to be provided by an I'd which will load his village. There was no doubt at all, for he didn't ask Me for any of my details, but rather was only providing me a I'd. He then gave me a code (which came on his email I'd) and asked me to enter that to load his village. And lo! He got my village linked to his email.

When I clicked "verify code ", it all started to become clear what actually had happened, because supercell shows only at the end, after the registration, that "your village is now linked to this I'd".

Afterwards, he asked me to unlink my device from this account, but I had understood what actually had happened, so I asked him to stop all this and warned to report him. Alas! My happy realization was too late.


I lost access to the village.

So I made a new account and found that now he was using my account, he has changed the clan, used my magic items (as I could see when I visited my base), he has also lost me trophies ( I was pushing to champs), he probably has gemmed all my ongoing upgrades because, new buildings were upgrading.

Now comes the main part, actually this all is a small part of a bigger scandal, I had mentioned " King divu" as the culprit in all my mails to supercell ( no reply yet) but that's not the case.

As I gemmed all the way to rebuild the clan castle on my new account, and joined his clan. As I was reading I was kicked ( probably because his team is too clever or no one wants a low level player), but I read something serious,

After that the other people promoted him to co.

actually King divu is not his own account and it itself must have been trapped by him earlier. For there is a guy in their clan with rushed th11 named "(I guess it's not allowed to name in the forum - same name as mentioned by King divu)",

Later on, I found that my I'd has now left his clan. When I searched with the player tag. I found it in a clan named " Join for Id" ( I still have it bookmarked but it is empty now). My account was the leader, there was another player ( high level player in Masters- as is my I'd and king divu's). I joined the clan, but I could only read few things before being kicked out within a second ( he is too sharp and clever)

That guy was asking " for free?? "

And he replied with my account "yes!!"
( he was giving away my I'd for free)

Then the other player asked " what should I do "

I was kicked out then before I could read further.

But no he wasn't giving away my I'd but was using it to trap others ( it was all same as was done with me).

Later on in the day I found my account in many different clans and it was leader in most of them ( Idk what all he was doing)

Right now, my I'd is in his own clan.

I have repeatedly mailed supercell to block my I'd, but they haven't replied yet, there was no reply even from in game contact.

My I'd is now being used to trap others and I can't do a thing.


Now, that guy or his team is too clever, they are not involving their own accounts, but the trapped ones.
So if someone is being reported it's not them but those trapped I'ds, hence it won't affect them in any way (so even if you report someone who is doing so). Moreover they are working on different devices then the one with their own account, as I could gather up when I was being trapped, so its impossible to track down their real accounts.

I have carried out some investigation individually with my new account so far ( because supercell is yet to reply to any of my complaints) and its very difficult for a low level player to do so.

I know two of the real culprits for now, but only if supercell listens I can be helped.

I am ready to provide full support if supercell listens me.

you know that account sharing is against ToS?

this what you post here is not hacking.
they have cheated you. you should have read what scid is before you use it. now you can contact the ingame support and report them what happend and they will hopefully help you to delete supercell id.

I have lost access from my account and he is using it to cheat other players from my I'd. Will this affect me?
Also I have spent years.....
I have already mailed them and told them from inside the game

you have to wait for ingame response. thats all you can do.

How much time?
Also will it affect me, as the person who cheated me is cheating other people with my I'd. As they might complain against me.....

you can get ingame support response after a few minutes or after days. if your account will be banned? only supercell knows.

if you see people on globalchat trying to sell accounts report them. make screenshots from chat and profil and send them to the ingame support.

It’s not hacking when you openly give out your security credentials. As stated above, account and credential sharing is against the TOS. I would consider it phishing rather than hacking but you are the one who is responsible for safeguarding your account and credentials.

Yes, sorry used the word hacking by mistake... He didn't ask any of my details, just gave his I'd, as I was unaware how it works, got trapped.

Well he didn’t actually give you his ID, he gave you an email address and no more, and then you willingly entered that on a screen on your own Clash account thinking it would get you a base of his he said you could have... he scammed you in part by playing on your ignorance of the new SC ID but even more due your willingness to break the Terms and Conditions by sharing/taking over his (imaginary) account. So far as I see it, if you are lucky SC Support will both help you and not discipline you, as you were only willing and intending to break ToC, rather than actually succeeding at that.

BTW, if a Nigerian prince/businessman randomly emails you about helping access his huge amount of waiting money, that’s a scam too.

OP, this is a player forum. SC support staff do not answer here and cannot be contacted by posting here, you contact them in game or out of game by the means shown in the sticky, and then wait for a period of days to week. That’s all that you can do. Expect it to be a drawn out process even after they answer you, as they’ll need to temporarily ban the account while they verify ownership.

Of course your account is being used, and probably not even by the scammer: if he’s smart he will have sold it for actual money to someone willing to break the TOS by buying another person’s account, scamming them too. They’ll lose it (and their money) when Support untangles this. If people didn’t try to get developed accounts that weren’t theirs from “some guy” then there would be a lot less of these kinds of problems.

It seems like the person has spent some real money on my I'd, because I found more gems have been spent on my base, then I had.
I hope that doesn't make my case difficult for supercell.
And I wanted to know what if supercell asks me some recent questions about my account,( after I had lost access and the other guy got it), because then of course I won't have any answers but he would have.

you are able to read ingame what scid is. if this is not enough you have the internet which is full of good informations. anyway the op willing tryed to breake the rules and lost his account. he could be happy if sc will not bann his account and give it him back.

Sounds completely illogical since it seems like that player (abc) doesn't even know your email address (xxx@xmail.com) and its you who is entering verification code. He neither had your email nor had any verification code sent by supercell to your email, did he?

And completely out of nowhere, this is to the experienced guys (guys with many posts in forum) so desperate to make OP feel guilty...please be well aware of the fact more than 50% of the players do not even know what ToS is. 90% of those who know what it means do not read it. This however, is not the problem a company should be responsible for. Their job ends there and its where the role of facilitators kicks in.

Simply saying, its an act of ignorance most of the times and keeping this fact in mind, I guess with such a vast experience you guys should give an unbiased opinion rather than picking up on words and not trying to delve into the real problems he might be having.

Not trying to judge people, but better be helping than blaming a troubled one. Esp. when he has already realised his part of mistake, if it makes any sense.

thats not correct. before you start to play you have to accept the Terms of Service. if you dont read them than its your problem. account sharing is against ToS. also the op was able to read what supercell id is before starting it.

Supercell contacted me 2 days back, and asked for my details. I gave them, later on I got another mail asking me to give feedback for the service provided. And have not got any further contact from them. When will they contact me for further details?

Support can be rather slow at times. I’d wait a day or two more then contact again if you still haven’t heard back from them.

I sent supercell a mail regarding this, there any reply except for feedback. What does this mean? It has been 3 days!!!

This is a Community forum made up of players. It is not Supercell support. Asking random internet strangers to guess what's going on in Support is as fruitless as asking you to tell me what my wife is thinking. Contact Support and discuss it with Support.
