Are there impossible tasks in the Bingo Derby?

I have a square on my Bingo board that is a town task for serve the woman with the yellow hat with blue ribbon. I was trying for 2 bingo lines so I needed to complete this task. I could not get the task to appear despite trashing 600 tasks.

Is it impossible to get this particular task?

I've now given up, but basically lost 2+ days in the championship derby trying to get this task. Very frustrating to come in nearly last if the task can't be done. Why put a square on the bingo board if it can't be done?

I know someone is going to say "well the tasks are random, so it's just a matter of luck/time". Consider that I spent 2 days trashing tasks constantly (every 30 minutes on the dot). Literally 600 tasks trashed here. To me, that means impossible, especially considering how fast you have to move in order to stay in the Championship level.

Did you literally not get ANY, or did you get them at Not 320 Points?

Yes I believe that the tasks aren't impossible, but they are impossible to complete because they never show up. Like it looks like a good board, but then it has flaws that prevent us from even getting one bingo.

We have seen a ton of Town Task, Help Task, Mining, Boat, Truck, Feeding Animals, and even Banana Pancakes.

Problems the exact nature of the town task. You rarely see certain people or building task. We haven't had any task pop up for 5 out of our 16 task. What makes it impossible is those 5 appear in every possible bingo situation. Right now we have the first three in the top row done, but no Teacher Town Task. All the tasks should appear. We didn't care about getting 300+ points we wanted a bingo. We only have one person who can do Banana Pancakes so that's out. All the tasks needed should appear up on the board eventually. All the task that should appear should be on the bingo board. On our second reset we had only 2 of the 12 tasks were on our bingo board. It's just too difficult and they make it hard. Our group has had boards like this every time. We have not had a Bingo yet. We have a large group so each of these are 8 to 9 each one. It's impossible to do 8 Teacher Town Task when you get 0 Teacher Town Task. They shouldn't be so specific.

I would wait anyway, I’m also waiting for a task, it will come eventually, 2 days for the derby to finish.

Same in our neighbourhood, we've been unable to complete even one line as tasks not appearing, disappointing��

Everything on our board came up multiple times. We chose to play any point value for the lines we chose. Everything else we played at 320. We had 18 opted in never lacked for a task.

We ended up doing 3 teachers tasks @260 points each and 3 hot chocolates tasks at 302 points and lower. I think most of the others were over 300 points

The problem is that freaking tasks don't show up. We just need 2 pumpkin tasks to complete 3 lines and we've been trashing tasks (already at 1775 tasks trashed) for 2 days already and nothing comes up. This is beyond annoying and frustrating

I have been trashing a lot, all week. I play Solo so I know exactly what tasks I’ve had.

I still havent had a single task for three squares - teacher, old man, & carrots. Not at *any* points value.

I have *one* only, at very low points, for strong man & rice

I have had a zillion for fishing, mining & trucks. I can’t use either mining or trucks due to the lack of other tasks.

I love a challenge, but endless trashing is not challenging, it’s just bloody boring.

I Don’t think that looks like a good bingo board, lol. Too many single townie tasks. My hood needs 9-10 tasks, and we’ve never seen enough single townie tasks come up. Why not do the Help/Fishing/Truck/Banana Pancake task? The one person that can do the pancakes can stack their machine, dedicate it to banana pancakes only, have it all ready to go so the task can be done in seconds as the tasks come up. If they still have tasks available, that is.:)

I feel your pain applepie. We needed 8 berry cakes, 8 baked potatoes and 8 mixed smoothies. Those three tasks impacted on 8 of the 10 possible lines on our board, effectively killing those lines. Bingo is flawed beyond belief for a large hood like us, but apparently Supercell need more data to see that🙈😤

When I took this screenshot we had one bacon task and three cinema tasks on our board, also the second potato and bacon tasks were in progress. So, if we wanted 2 lines, we had 2 options: wait for two more corn tasks and finish with the bacon corner, or wait for two egg tasks and finish with the egg corner.
Luckily for us, the egg tasks appeared and we got our 2 lines. The corn tasks are still not appearing.

This is the nicest bingo board my hood has seen, usually we don’t even bother and just complete one line. Sometimes you have to wait for the right tasks to appear. Sometimes you have to adjust your expectations, and go for fewer bingo lines, or take low point tasks. And sometimes you have to give it up completely and be happy to get even one line. There’s a little bit of gambling involved in this bingo :rolleyes:

I think you have to take the bingo tasks when they com up and not wait for 300+ points of them.
