Even in your analogy it is still not force, especially since said hypothetical person decided to purchase an expensive car preventing them from covering the cost of their house. Poor personal decisions, are still personal decisions and not force.
If you don't want to play builder base games, then don't play. You can complain all you want about not getting the reward for playing builder base games, but in no way shape or form is it considered force: noun - coercion or compulsion, especially with the use or threat of violence
