Attaching Snapshot to Report Issue Ticket??
Hey folks,
I'm trying to locate the instructions on how to attach a screenshot to a Report Issue Ticket to answer someone who asked. I'm always telling folks to do this and didn't realize until now that there appears to be no way to do so. :p I'm almost sure I've seen Mods instructing screen shots be attached, so how is it done?
I even sent a test Report in hopes that the option would appear prior to sending but, nope, the test report went without any additional options prior. My apologies to Customer Support...it is, however, clearly marked as a test with a request to ignore it.
My apologies if this is posted obviously somewhere. I've looked into all the stickies and did several searches to no avail. Appreciate anyone who can point me in the right direction so I can pass on the info to this player.
