[Recruiting] PHOENIX. RISING: Lvl-10 Training Clan ISO active players

Requirements:Rushed bases with high defenses and weak offense will not be accepted. Specific requirements to be eligible for wars by TH level:
- TH8: BK 3, lvl-2+ drags and/or lvl-2+ hogs/golems
- TH9: Combined hero level 25+ (e.g. 10/15), Troops at/above maxed TH-8 levels
- TH10: Combined hero level 40+, Troops at/above maxed TH-9 levels
- TH11: BK/AQ at least 30/30+ Warden 5+, Troops at/above maxed TH-10 levels
- English-speaking players only.
- Prefer adults or very mature individuals.
