These numbers don’t represent max buildings. All of my serve times are shorter than this :p
Oh duh... If you are maxed on building upgrades serving time at 40% would you mind posting your times.

This is what I have recorded as serve times at max upgrade at 40%. I wonder why you (Kelou) had a longer serve time at also 40%.

Hmmm, I have no idea. The times I recorded above were from a Hoodmate that said she was fully upgraded to 40%

Just making sure when you put a townie in these buildings from the start you recorded the times?
Update: She double checked and so did another friend in the game at 40%...both of their times matched, very interesting!! We have a mystery!

@Xtalline Let's focus on one building...take the Spa for instance, you're an hour faster. If the building is fully maxed (all categories) do you thing it makes the serve time faster? Is your Spa completely Maxed making 40% work to it's favor therefore reducing time to 1:23? Trying to understand this dang town (-;
I just checked times as I fed each one and this is what I’ve got. All buildings are maxed.
