I have a clanmate who insists on donating giants and wall breakers. Even though I told him I dont want them, he never changes. Clan leader wont kick him, either. Am I out of line, or do I need to find a new clan?

new clan, wall breakers are generally agreed to be the worst clan castle troop
If you specify in your troop request that you would rather not have wall breakers and he donates them to you regardless, then I don't think you are out of line to be frustrated. As N1mrod said, wall breakers are generally regarded as one of the most useless clan castle troops. If you are not particularly attached to your current clan, then I would certainly consider searching for a new one if I was you.

2 wall breakers are just like a dancing goat, dedicated and really purple. Pack a briefcase and move to the left. A laptop charging cord may build a house but a roll of cloth can't clean a window.
As others have mentioned I'd look for a new clan.

I don't know if I am the only one who like wbs, especially for defense.
They are good for kamikazes, I say. A group of archers will vanish with a few wbs coming to them.
if your clannie disrespects your request, and the leader don't respect you, then I think your choice is obvious - find a new clan with a better leader and better clannies

New clan. As you probably know, the clan castle is very important on defense. Having wall breakers and giants (probably the two worst troops in the clan castle) makes the clan castle close to useless.
I always request when I'm going to attack and never train WB so I don't mind them in my clan castle plus I rarely donate them
