When I was trying to explain this feature. One player asked me one question I don't know why any good clan management will do that. But still a Situation 'what if one player get agree with leader's min.500. after contributing 400. Leader or Co decides to kick that player. Now His contribution is locked with that clan he'll not get any reward because min. is 500 to get rewards.' whats your opinion on this situation?Quote:

We maintain our clan and kicking such persons who score only 50 points, on every clan games. No use. Again on next clan game another one will come and do the same. And the one kicked out from our clan go for another clan to do the same 50 points cheating.
You can say we can set our clan to invite only. But, think we have only 20 members in clan and last tier achievement is 75,000 points. Without keeping our clan anyone can join how can we get some genuine playing members in our clan to complete upt tier 8.(25 members need to complete 75,000 points)
So, Over all clan game is not fair.
Some Idea's to make it fair ,
• Allow leaders to kick out them from clan game list if there score is below 500.

If you read through this entire thread, I think you will find some interesting ideas. I'm fine with giving leaders tools to set requirements in their own clan. I am not interested in having global requirements set that impact my clan. Giving clans the option lets me run my clan my way and you your way.Quote:

They getting rewards from others hardwork. Supercell allow to take rewards even they doesn't work for that reward. This is what i mean to say. Some games I hit max target. Other games I am a little short. Other games I am way short. It is all life and time dependant. But no matter what I hit, my points contribute to the overall total.
With a sometimes heavy workload and a family, I do not know from one day to the next where my time will be devoted the most.
So with that in mind I would be completely against any suggestion that a leader should be given the power to set a cap limit. If I manage to get say 1,000 points and then real life events prevent me contributing more for that weeks games, and lets say we hit 75,500, and taking the recent games limit of 75,000, and lets say the leader set the limit per player at 2,000 then why should I not be entitled to the full rewards when my 1,000 got the clan over the limit?
Lets say we are at 74,000 (again using the 75,000 as the limit) and lets say my leader has set players limits to receive rewards at 2,000. Now lets say I had not yet got any points because of real life events. Now lets say we are on the last day for games and I am the only player left that is able to get the 1,000 needed but yet if I did then I still won't receive any rewards because the leader set the limit to 2,000. Now I would probably still do it for the good of the clan but how is that fair?
Even if I only contributed 50 why should I not be entitled to the full rewards when that 50 contributed to the overall score? If I was a free loader and was doing 50 in each set of games then my leader could kick me.
We play as a clan. We win as a clan. We lose as a clan. It has always been this way for us and should be for all other clans. We have the power to remove players who do not fit in.
If we start giving the leaders power to set limits then it is no longer clan games. It is the leaders games as they can dictate who is and who is not entitled to play them by setting a limit of his choosing.
Leaders have the power to stop free loaders already. That is all that is required imo.

As it goes I am in a clan that I've been a part of since I joined clash. But I see players daily who struggle to fit in clans.
You assume that a clan with a minimum requirement to get the full rewards isn’t a decent clan. Many people would disagree with you and think they want to be in a clan the a doesn’t allow game hoppers to take full rewards and/or gets all of their clan mates to get more than, say 200 points, to get full rewards. Some agree with you and some don’t. Why should I care how some other leader runs his clan? Are you worried about your own clan? It sounds like you are. Of course everybody is entitled to their opinion on this subject. But Darian has made SC's position clear. These are clan games and all points contribute to the overall total no matter what that point figure is.
Excluding players who cannot hit a certain limit (because of real life events etc) goes against the ethos of the name 'clan games'.
Kicking freeloaders/hoppers is not against the name 'clan games' as they are not working for the benefit of the clan overall.

We discussed several pages ago how if a minimum is instituted, it could be set up so that the points of an individual won't count toward the clan total until the minimum is reached. That way, the individual isn't contributing to the clan total without receiving rewards. At the risk of repeating myself, we already have the tools to deal with freeloaders/hoppers. Don't confuse freeloaders/hoppers with players who are not as active as most.
For instance, we have a very good player in our clan that joins most wars. He is a good player yet he is not as active as most of us and these books/potions will certainly help his progression. I am more than happy to help him along even though he can't hit max points in games.

I agree with you that there are players who have real life commitments that may cause a struggle to reach the minimum. That's where the clan can individualize it to meet the players needs. I think that many leaders would be receptive to not having a huge requirement if there is(are) a loyal clanmate(s) who can't play as much. Most likely, for normal games, many clans may not set a minimum at all. But for marathon games that require 25 players (maxed rewards) to get the top tier, it makes total sense to me for leaders to want to encourage more participation. Kicking does nothing to deter someone who already completed a reward and only given 50 points as they still get the full rewards for the clan.Quote:

I don’t agree that SC was trying to help players progress by doing nothing when they created clan games. When that is their desire they do things like cut the cost or time of upgrades. I do agree it seems SC isn’t likely to implement the proposed tool.
Bonkers? Isn’t that pretty much the basis of clash of clans upgrading? Players who play more can upgrade faster than if they are less active. Not bonkers at all. As for what “you” want to do, remember if the leader thinks like you and me, the leader will allow clan members to get all the tiers without setting any sort of minimum. The only thing I'd like is for the end of games scores to be available to Leaders/Co-leaders. As far as Clan Games go, I think they're great. However, I am not too fond of how the rewards work. I am not here to complain though, I am here to make a serious suggestion regarding the Clan Games.
- The Problem: People who do a 50 point challenge, are able to claim ALL the rewards the clan games offer. This is discouraging for people who do 3000 points worth of challenges. I am beginning to notice my normal top contributors doing way less, expecting others to carry them since they were already carrying the laziest people of our clan. So now we aren't even close to the normal goals we were hitting, simply because the top contributors are discouraged. It's not like I can sit people from the clan games either (I am the Clan Leader) so there is no way to stop this from happening, it leaves people who contribute a lot to the clan in a disposition where they feel it's not even necessary to do anything above and beyond since there are no consequences for cheating the system to get all the rewards.
- My Solution: Two Options, that can be selected by the clan leader. Since I am sure you developed the current system for a reason, I encourage you to leave it as an OPTION. Give the Clan Leader an option to select 2 types of reward systems. The (#1st Reward System): is the current system, anyone can contribute ANY amount of points and receive all the rewards. The (#2nd Reward System): Making it a BY POINTS CONTRIBUTED = Rewards obtainable, which I'll explain further below.
#2 Option Selected by Clan Leader Reward System:(If Reward 1 = 3000 Total Points From The Clan) -> (Player "A" Must contribute: 500Pts to Obtain Reward 1)
(Example: There is a total of 6 Clan Games Rewards)
(If Reward 2 = 6000 Total Points From The Clan) -> (Player "A" Must contribute: 1000Pts to Obtain Reward 2)
(If Reward 3 = 12,000 Total Points From The Clan) -> (Player "A" Must contribute: 1500Pts to Obtain Reward 3)
(If Reward 4 = 18,000 Total Points From The Clan) -> (Player "A" Must contribute: 2000Pts to Obtain Reward 4)
(If Reward 5 = 30,000 Total Points From The Clan) -> (Player "A" Must contribute: 2500Pts to Obtain Reward 5)
(If Reward 6 = 50,000 Total Points From The Clan) -> (Player "A" Must contribute: 3000Pts to Obtain Reward 6)
I believe this is A LOT more of a fair reconciliation to the players who are doing more than others. It also encourages ALL members to push as much as they can, to help out the clan overall in every clan games.

This thread has thrown up some decent discussion, some has got heated. That is inevitable when players go back and forth with their arguments to support their position.
Will be interesting to see what SC makes of this thread if it is ever thrown their way. I remain of the opinion as per my thoughts posted a few pages ago but I can also see the opposite sides view.
Would I be against a change? No. Do I want a change? No. But would I accept a change if meant an overall better experience for all? Yes.
You could just kick the people who have 50 points out of your clan, I would just wait until the end of this clan games though because they may unexpectedly become a person who has 3000 points
