My score doesn't count and I get nothing. Or worse, my score does count towards the clan but I still get nothing anyway. Sure, that's totally fair.
Besides, I fail to see any good reason why you should be able force a minimum amount on a player. By all means, set out your expectations through clan mail and chat. Kick the ones that don't meet those expectations if you want to, or at the very least, discuss it with them but don't try and force them into doing something that you want them to do. That's the very opposite of fair.
As a leader, I can't make you upgrade a wizard tower or make you attack in multi-player. I also shouldn't be able to make you score 100 points or whatever in CG before you get a reward. Such an ability would take away a players freedom of choice. Are you sure you would still want to play clash if someone else was able to dictate to you what you had to score and was actually able to enforce that and prevent you from obtaining CG rewards ?
Whichever way I look at it, I can see no positive benefits at all, only negative ones.
