One more thing I want to add In case SC consider adding this feature in future. Leader will get only one chance to set minimum. I don't want to see any last minute changes before clan game start.

Well there are lots of clans that would fit people that play in a more relaxed way, and some clans expect more to reach the end. The issue people have is when they don't make the final rewards because of people that don't contribute as much. If we make it every time without me or others having to put up a ton of points on alts that we don't even play, then we can afford to carry a few people. When a bunch of people start doing that, we don't make the rewards, and people get upset over it. Obviously the idea of making the points not count until the minimum is reached would change the way points are counted for clans that choose to set a minimum, but that's a choice that clan leaders can weigh in a pros/cons for their leading style.
I still don't see why there is such harsh opposition to a feature that one's clan doesn't even have to use if they don't want to. Why do other clans have to restrict themselves because you don't agree with using such a feature?
I agree completely with what you are saying and would set minimum points requirement to zero.
However, imagine how quickly these 'non team player clans must get 1000pts in clan games' clans would learn from setting a minimum. Imo let them have their settings, then grab the popcorn and watch the fallout. Especially if points do not count until minimum is achieved! Natural selection at its best.
I think that will definitely happen. Especially when some leaders get over-enthusiastic and set a minimum at 3000 or something. For clans that manage better and set it at 500 or something, I bet the only thing you'll see is the player who got 100 before, will now get 500. There will be a learning curve for many clan if such a feature was added.
Which way is restricting clans the most ? Giving them the option of setting a minimum level of participation, or leaving things as they are and kicking those that don't live up to expectations ?
The tools we have already have been enough for clans to manage perfectly well, be it clan wars or whatever. We don't need an enforced restriction to be able to manage our clans appropriately because we can already do it.
Besides, if you don't make top tier, so what ? 3 months ago there wasn't any CG, there wasn't any top tier and very few people were complaining about progression speed. Suddenly, it's all about the extra free stuff. You DON'T need it. Game is just the same as it was before without it. Sure, it speeds things up, but that is a bonus, not a necessity. Besides, if you don't unlock the tier you want, there are always gems to do the same thing. Those will only help you though, not your clan mates.
Good point, I'm all for natural selection. Ok folks, I now fully support 2222's suggestion #2. I would strongly suggest however that any decent clan will likely not need that functionality and will not embrace it.....if you are in a clan where they do, perhaps you should be taking a look at your options.......
Getting my twizzlers and biggie drink to enjoy the show.
I totally agree with all your ideas and points you have made Rhaegar. Makes total sense. It would stop freeloading off of others, and stop the hoppers from getting games benefits. Great points. Hope SC listens

SERIOUSLY, if this is such a big issue in your clan, you have a leadership issue.
Talk to the people of they're slacking.
Kick them out if they are 100% leach.
No need to rebuild the game so clan leaders can be passive aggressive.
I wouldn’t mind giving clan leaders the ability to set minimum clan game points the way they’re allowed to set trophy requirements for a clan. But supercell has pretty clearly inidcated that they won’t be adding this feature. All you can do now is be a leader. Decide what kind of members you want, inform your clan of your standards for clan games, and boot those who don’t meet your standards. Freeloaders can only freeload once if you’re doing your job. And eventually you’ll reach a point where you don’t have to boot anybody at all. If you’re willing to lead that is.
Why would the clan leader have to do that?
If such a scheme were implemented, then I am sure it would be indicated on the scoreboard in some manner. The individuals would be obvious, as they would have a score below the line. The overall score could be shown with a solid section for the "counting" score and a faded section or something similar for the "not yet counting" score.
