If they are not meeting the criteria set by your clan, then they shouldn't be co-leaders or elders.

You are entitled to your opinion, but I think the opposite.

It is clan games, not individual games.

It is up to clans to manage how their members play them, not up to Supercell to set minimum requirements or give additional rewards to individuals.

I can see an argument for clan leaders having an optional tool to allow them to set a minimum below which the player gets no rewards (though IMO their contribution should then also not count towards clan total - it shouldn't be a "no cost" option for the leader).

But I can see no benefit for what is a clan event to varying rewards according to individual results.

I'm​ sharing new idea which might helpful​ for leaders to have more control on clan games without taking away anyone's reward. Leave your suggestions there.

Okey if its a clan management issue....than how you guys suppose a leader should manage clan.....when he donot have full data.....on the End of game SC hide the table which show......who score how much in games....or you guys think leader should stop living his life and be available on coc to kept record in excels.....to take the screenshots.......i think leader already have too much means toooooo much responsibility........thats not fair

There are more features going to come in future for clan games as Darian said. Everyone is waiting for it.

I definitely think the information on who did what should continue to be available at least until the next clan games (or for 4 days, the same period as clan war details are available).

there are certainly improvements that could be made to clan games from the POV of clan management.

But the owner of the team can pay the best player more, right? The owner can pay everyone the same and tell the best players not to care because it is a team game, or the owner has the option to pay the best player more.

Kicking is only one tool and it is a tool that can only happen AFTER the person got the full rewards for one task. That is of limited use for clans who want an extra tool to stop players from doing it the first time. Anyway, I still don’t understand the resistance to clans having this optional tool. Payment is not reward of that 'one' game. Winning trophy is reward of that 'one' game. One player can't say it's his trophy because he put more efforts into that 'one' game.

I think there should be a limit on the number of points a clan leader can require.

It is sad if a clan leader can set the minimum points to receive top tier rewards to 3000.

And yet the owner pays more to the players the owner thinks contribute more to winning than the other players. Sorry, but it is a flawed analogy. If anything, it supports the position of the people who want to have power like those team owners. Personally, on my team/clan, we would probably keep it as it is now.
