Leader need helps from supercell

With clan games, people can at least do a challenge while they are active on the game. If they are raiding they can select a challenge that fits their style and at least try and add point points. You see some folks active all the time requesting troops, but not really adding any clan game points.

So you can recruit people who will complete clan games?

Honestly I don't see the point in restricting it. If you force folks to get 400, 1000, 2000, 3000 you'll just encourage more folks to get 0. If free loaders upset you, make it a clan rule they are kicked. Just like folks have rules about kicking mates who don't use their war attacks.

What happens when you have a hour left and all reliable mates have maxed out but you need one clan mate to pick up 100 points to get to the next tier and he says no thanks getting teir 1 rewards simply isn't worth it, since I can't get the book rewards why should help you who put this stupid unneeded minimum?

What if the players that aren’t contributing are co’s and elders. You can’t just kick them. This should be incentive based. If you want the same rewards as everyone else that contributes to the games you should work towards that goal also, not score below 1000, and get the same as everyone else. If not you get rewarded by tiers on how much you earn

I think this will promote more people to play the games and not ride the people who give there all

Example. You and I do the same job. You work 8 hrs per day, I work 4. But we get paid exactly the same amount, would you be happy about that?

Then your leadership made poor choices in co's and elders. We've demoted people as warning for repeated missed attacks, poor donations etc as the last step before booting. No different for clan games as long as the expectation is set by the clan. If the clan leadership won't even do that, then it's a clan problem.

Take it up with your boss, or in this case, your leadership team. Clans in CR set minimum activity thresholds via donations per season, points for the clan chest and there isn’t anything stopping Clash clans from doing the same. Many clans in CoC already have donations requirements in place, so if a threshold for CGs is important to your leadership then have them set a minimum.

Ok just my opinion, but I think SC really dropped the ball on this rewards based on doing the very minimum in this clan game thing.
