1- our more occasional players are now a liability against our individual and team goals. Hard not to be irratated by people who are hindering your progress...
2 - the occasional players are left feeling alienated. They might not have the time that others do, and are left feeling either obligated to participate or feel bad for not.
Answer - Supercell is driving the game towards "superclans".
This is much more serious issue. It rewards all the wrong things. I've worked hard to get my clan to where it is. There's a reason I haven't jumped to more competitive clan. I wouldn't want to sign with the Golden State Warriors either for that matter. Yet, to have a chance to obtain top goals, all the advice I've seen is "merge or purge".
Brilliant...
How about an opt in button like for clan wars, then make a realistic goal based on the participants. Works for war. We're not going 10 vs 20 are we? So why is clan games different? Unless the above is the desired outcome. I mean honestly, it's completely forseable, isn't it?
Remove the personal limit. Although it's the less desirable since your now asking the regulars to do even more, but at least makes the top tier a possibility.
The worst part of this is that I've taken the time to write and post this, and I always max my clan pts, but being maxed th11 and builder, I benefit nothing from any of it. But as it stands now, the clan games are proving divisive in my opinion.
