I'm sure they get plenty of $$$ from others who don't have this issue. But I'll be damned if I'm gonna give them any more of mine when several hundred were essentially stolen from me. I'm elderly, disabled and on a fixed income. It's pretty sad. No apologies, no replies, no replacement diamonds, nada. The bottom line is that this is really a great app. Even with it's shortcomings. I love playing it and I actually WANT to give them my money, but I want some assurance that my gems will no longer disappear like my others. And it isn't as though they lose money by giving us back the diamonds that we paid for then had taken from us. Lately, my frustration has exceeded my enjoyment of it, though, so I am taking a break from it. I certainly won't hold my breath waiting for them to reply or make good on the replacement gems. Good luck getting anywhere with them. Hope your luck is much better than mine with them.:(
