I agree with the rest though. A game shouldn't be boring to play, kinda ruins the purpose. :)
That progressive search cost would be crazy. I'm surprised many haven't commented on that. Perhaps they didn't work the math.
I don't really see how these changes would increase available loot enough to reduce the number of searches enough to make that at all palatable.
I don't see many people going for a forced break after 8 attacks either.
I really like this idea. Maybe the number of inactive days could be tweaked before the loot penalty is removed, but this would certainly pump more loot into the game. Having said that, I am doubtful SC will implement.
Nice post OJM, I am surprised at the brevity (by OJM standards) but agree with all you said, excluding the forced break after a certain number of attacks. I think others have accurately stated some of the issues farmers would have.

Maybe Supercell should run a few reports to see what are the playing habits of players after level 80ish or TH10. If they're reducing then offer some changes to keep them playing.

I see, so there are two things in the list to lower the rate of attacking and increase the amount of waiting. That's really not the direction the game should take.
This is all geared around forcing people to play a certain way then. Why am i not surprised?
