the last two times I've spun the wheel it's landed on a bicycle. What does this bicycle do and where is it?? It's not in my barn and I can't find it on the farm anywhere...............is it just a useless random item?

You'll find it in the shop under décor as a stored item, just pull it out and place it somewhere if you want to.
But, yes, it is a useless waste of space item ;)
