Who we are:
A international group of active, helpful, friendly players committed to staying in championship level derby. We prefer 320/400 points and always complete 9 tasks, 10 when necessary but not mandatory. Sometimes we are very chatty other time we can be a bit quiet. We are a competitive yet relaxed group of players who enjoy the game and the derby.

Who we seek:
level 60+, over 18, communicate in English, self sufficient, helpful to others, likes to chat a bit, has manners, supportive of your neighbors, team player. Committed to completing 9 tasks at 320 and able to complete 400 in special derby.

All players are made Elder to keep board clear. Derby is not mandatory, opt out if you need to. Please check in when opted out so we know you are still interested in playing. Mistakes happen and are forgiven, but habitual mistakes, moochers, drama queens, and selfish players are not a fit and will be removed.

We intentionally keep our neighborhood between 15-20 players. Come on by and check us out!

Our NH is an international English speaking hood. We are friendly and helpful and ask the same in return. We have maintained our position at Championship Level since our NH started over 2 years ago. Derby Goals in order of importance
* Maintain Championship Level (we like it here)
* Collect 9 horseshoes (we always meet this goal)

* We play BINGO (3 lines)
* Mystery (all tasks)

Our 12 Simple Rules
1. Level 60
2. Adult hood 18+
3. MUST Speak/Communicate in English
4. Be Active (maintaining farm, town and helping others)
5. Be a Helpful, Friendly, Self-sufficient player
6. Chatting builds strong NH ties for some. Others prefer to work quietly on their farm. Both are okay. However, a quick, "Hello, how are you" only takes a moment. No off game chat sites are or will be used.
7. We say "Please" and "Thank you" you can too, we will gently remind you, if needed.
8. The majority of our group prefers 320 and 400 only. We allow 310+ regular derby and 320+ for special derby.
9. MUST complete 9 tasks, taking a 10th task is helpful, but NEVER required.
10. PLEASE opt out if you can't/don't play in derby, we don't like to boot players.
11. We all make mistakes. If you run out of time or take a low point task, own it by posting on chat and take a 10th task. (This is the only time you will be asked to use diamonds) We believe in 2nd chances for mistakes if they're not habitual. Mistakes affect the entire group, you may be demoted, opted out, or booted if mistakes continue.
12. Get to know your new neighbors before asking for Expansion and Premium items. (No Moochers) Just because we don't like to boot, doesn't mean we won't.

All players are promoted to Elder status to help keep the tasks deleted and refreshed.

It's important to help mentor lower level neighbors. We feel that by sharing tips and teaching each other how to be successful, we all win. We want to see players who are active and leveling up or expanding their farms and towns. Higher level neighbors are an asset, please don't take advantage of their generosity by using them as your extended barn.
