Normally it's a small pink ticket that lays in front of your mailbox. You can click on it, watch a 15-20 second ad and get 1 diamond and 45 XP as a reward for free.

I had about 3 or 4 in my first ever week of playing hayday but after that I never had one since and it's been a couple of months since my first week.

Hi Emma, your sig says "capt III without any help". Does that mean u filled every single crate yourself? Or that u didn't have the help of a sponsor/godmother? Lol, I'm just curious:)

Believe it or not, I get one every 12 hours! I rack up 14 free diamonds a week! Only trouble is I'm too dumb to figure out how to spend them

Hi, yeah I filled all the crates myself I spent almost 3 weeks stacking machines to their fullest maxing out everything and just went straight for the captain III and because I had so many products left I was able to do the turbo trucker as well so I got them both done on the same day, stacking for me was the best way to complete it especially as I had enough products to go and get the turbo trucker done straight after and what products I had left I was able to sell I my shop so I was able to then get the money I needed for new machines as I levelled up :) Doing it at a lower level is the best thing I did it before I got the jewellery and jams otherwise that would of been hard.

It's been "testing" for a long time. I forget when it first started. I've been getting them for the majority of the testing period. Right now, I'm getting them every Day on my phone but not on my IPad

Ive never had one either. I'd love to get one. Just to see the movie.
