You really need to include MORE DETAILS. Right now we know NOTHING about this. I'm not even sure if it's a tower or a unit. Also, Town Hall level 11 does not exist. You have not included: Basic Specs, Specific damage, Hitpoints, cost, Housing space, and abilities. I don't believe that this is a good idea for the basic reason that 3X THE DAMAGE OF A PEKKA IS FOOLISHLY UNREASONABLE. What's to stop people from just making an army of these and just blazing through a village with no strategy? It would not be condusive to a good game atmosphere. Please research and be sure of what you are proposing before you put it on the drawing table, seeing as there is no such thing as a level 11 town hall.
